Fantastic car wash. Staff always hardworking and helpful. Facilities always clean. Always towels, sprays, and (usually) spaces available to vacuum/wipe car (this last one is mostly true but during busy summer times it can be a minute wait for a spot, but this is understandable because the place is great). My favorite thing besides the free vacuum and towels is the air hose sprayer thing to get out all the dust in my car. I’ve got a monthly subscription to this wash which I would recommend, I pull up, the computer scans my listeners plate, and I pull in. Easy peasy.
**9 Month Update** Place is still seamless and best car wash I’ve ever been to (lived in many states and many car washes). All staff are welcoming and helpful. This spot is a very well run business. Am leaving to where no Ripa are available and am very sad about that. I am sad about not much else. Praying I find another spot like this in my future. Great job crew and keep up the great work. Thanks for all the work you guys do to keep this place running.

I believe that I am getting a good deal on the products that I currently receive. The cleaning solutions, floor mat wash station, and vacuum are always accessible. The attendances on staff are always cordial and attentive.

To me this carwash has the best shine in Durham, N.C. Location been remodeled over the years and they have good membership plans currently going on.

I can't say enough about the people who work here. Ants built a colony in my daughter's car's wheel well. Her car became infested with ants. The staff at RipTide went above and beyond to help us. The detail manager crawled under the car to help us find the source, spraying Raid and cleaning the wheel well. He refused to take a tip. They sent us through the car wash a second time, at no charge and scrubbed and sprayed for us. I tried again to offer a tip and buy the staff lunch. They refused. The washing facility was superior, but the people were even better.

Very disappointed, pull up to have my car washed. The computer says my account is canceled last payment drafted 7/1/2024 for 6/28/24 it is 7/30/24. They refused to allow me to have my car washed but could not tell me who, why, or when my account was canceled. Al Ray can say is “the account doesn’t show where the draft was made or declined since 7/1/2024 for 6/28/2024. It was canceled and he doesn’t know WHY… no proof of cancellation.
Be careful giving companies your credit card information especially when they cannot provide you with information about your account.
It sounds like until their system draft my account after the 28th according to my back records they draft on the 1so of each month they cancel the account… SMH!
I am not canceling my membership until after 7/1/2024 because I want to see if they are going to draft my account. They BETTER NOT DRAFT MY ACCOUNT after refusing to allow me to have my car washed.
Ray manager on duty, I did not give you permission to cancel my account so please do mot do so without my permission I will cancel myself July 2, 2024.

Nice car wash, and it did a good job getting my car clean. I like that they provide quality towels to wash your windows with, and free vacuums.

Well, what I can say is that it is a very good place to wash your car. There are always towels and the customer service is very good. All the employees are very good at taking care of you.
