Worst customer service, "compliments" of Randy. He was short and rude with me while doing my kitchen layout. Not sure what I might have done other than wait patiently while they worked thru the backlog of customers. In one instance, he seemed annoyed when I had to change my mind about an alternate size cabinet, because they didn't have a 30" base. Like he expected me to know in a snap what a different sized cabinet would do to mynew kitchen layout.I thought Randy might just be having a bad day, but he proceeded to harass me from behind his computer because I didn't come back to pick up my cabinets when I said I would (I turned out I just couldn't do "after 2 when everyone is back from lunch" like he insisted. I intended to dome earlier that day.Anyway, when I made it today, Randy yells across the lobby, "his cabinets have been on the dock for a day and half waiting for him to pick up!!" not once, but twice. This made me feel pretty uncomfortable with all eyes suddenly on me, while resisting the temptation to give him a snarky reply back.I decided against it to spare the customers he was working with any drama.Anyway, after two consecutive visits where I was treated like I'm the j**** I think I'll just go to Lowe's. Maybe I'll pay a couple bucks more, but the employees are professional and a delight to chat with while making a purchase or while finding something for me.p.s. I wonder if the reason Home Center is short on help is because of Randy? He was also kind of snappy to a fellow employee. Nobody wants to work with a "Randy," do they?p.p.s. BTW, the rest of the staff was great, I'd just avoid Randy if you decide to go.

I had called ahead and they helped me over the phone. The people knew what they were doing and were helpful but for my purposes, this place did not have the inventory and items that I needed. We bought a few supplies here and went somewhere else.

Sales associate seemed annoyed with making a sale and talked down to everyone in every way seemingly because we are not cabinet experts. Very disappointing and frustrating experience before even getting the product.

I was greeted by Brian prior to entering the store. Once inside the store, I was pretty much invisible. I waiting for Brian to become available and received the help I needed! He took the time to answer all of my questions. Thanks Brian!

As always GREAT customer service and very helpful in helping getting the right amount of materials needed. Not looking to sale you something you don't need. And definitely no pressure to buy! My projects are almost complete; so I'll have to find some other excuse to come visit w/ mgrs Tim & Brian!
