Super slow drive thru I've listened to 3.5 songs waiting on them to do a simple 800 withdrawal. The drive thru equipment is dirty (filthy even) very outdated you would think it's located in a 3rd world country.

One teller for window and drive up. Slow and giving up my lunch for this?! And talking so loud for personal meeting with an elderly lady.

I would not recommend this branch to anyone, case in point. This morning I was sitting in my truck directly in front of the bank with my driver side door wide open, foot hanging out, reading a book, and patiently waiting for them to open. 2-3 cars pulled up waited about 5 minutes and pulled off all while I was sitting. 8:58am I get out of my truck being that they open at 9 and stand in front waiting for the doors to be unlocked. As soon as the lady from one of the offices opens the door she says- "ooh, we almost called the cops on you. You're not supposed to sit in front of the bank like that. You must have really wanted to get in here." Ok that alone had me bothered. I am trying to get in so I can go about the rest of my day I have things to do! I filled out my forms to do a deposit (No, I'm not a Suntrust customer and never will be) and give the lady my paperwork to do a deposit for my mother-in-law. She then tries to get me to open an account. ( I only want to do a deposit and leave) It bothered me so much that I called the branch and spoke with the manager who backed her employee which would have been fine if she were in the right. How can you say that people aren't allowed to park in front of the bank waiting on it to open? Where exactly am I to wait...across the st? The mgr stated that their customers know not to park in front of the bank prior to opening and my comment to her was I AM NOT A CUSTOMER of suntrust so please explain how I was to know that you are NOT allowed to wait in front for the bank to open. Show me the sign that says no one is allowed to wait in front for the bank to open for security purposes and I would have obliged. Please show me the sign, notice, sticker anything that says as a human you are not allowed to wait in front of a bank for it to open. I have never had this issue with my bank and I will never visit this establishment again. They need better customer service training and to be careful how they speak to people. Everyone isn't a criminal!

For a bank they are a bank. Yes that probably made no sense, but it showed my enthusiasm towards this place. I have been inside a few times, its not bad. However, Some of the people there are not nearly as friendly as other branches. One of the things that drives me nuts about this place is their ATM. For some stupid reason you have to have a slip and an envelope to put money in. Well lets see, every time I go up to this machine, the slips and envelopes are gone. Its frustrating, because it leaves me with nothing else to do. There has been several nights I have come bye in a row to find nothing to deposit my money with. Its frustrating. You may be thinking, why don't you just go inside and get envelopes and deposit slips. Yeah, I tried that, the less than helpful girl that worked inside, told me, We don't have any, sorry. I mean you see you keep running out of stuff, supply more. Its irritates the heck out of me. Working the same hours they do, after ours is pretty much the only time I can get to this place. If I didn't have my car and mortgage with Suntrust, I would hop back to bank of America. Their ATM deposit service is top notch at B of A.
