Not sure if they have staff issues, but for sure it’s very very slow. I’m currently in line for the window and have been for the past 40 +min.

Went in and entered another door towards the restrooms. As I'm going in, a teller, a man in his 20s yells loudly, "SIR!" I came back out the door and said, "What?" He asks "where are you going?" I said I'm going to the bathroom. He said they don't have public restrooms. What kind of bank doesn't allow folks to use the restroom? Rude!!

Drive Thru is always RIDICULOUSLY SLOW.You send your check in the box thing and just sit and wait for literally 20+ minutes for a representative to even acknowledge that you have been outside sitting in your car.Totally messed up!!

Tried calling to make an appointment, but no answer. So I go online to make an appointment. I select a time, get a confirmation email and everything. I get there right on time for my appointment, and one associate is working at a desk, already with someone. Two other desks with no one there. No book for me to sign to say that I'm here. Certainly no one ready to see me. I finally had to interrupt the guy at a desk serving another customer to say "hey I have an appointment for, well, now" and apparently no associate got anything on their calendar. Took over 20 minutes to be seen despite making an appointment online the day before.

The absolute worst banking institution I have ever been a part of. Never had single issue with Suntrust that wasn’t immediately resolved. Can’t get assistance with the most basic request with Truist. Hours and hours of waiting on hold just to be told that the department I’ve been on hold with can’t help.

Every single time I come here there is only one teller and a line of five people. Whoever does the scheduling needs to step it up. It’s really disappointing and annoying. Don’t go here if you have any urgent needs. You’ll wait 15 minutes every time.

My brother had passed away and I had to close his account. I was assisted by a guy on his very first day working there. He handled my business well, asking the manager for help a few times (understandable on his first day) and treated me with efficiency and respect.
