They never fixed a leaking tank and sent me to collections for tank rental fees on a 1963 leaking tank 6 years after I told them to remove t from my property. They finally came and actually picked up the tank after 5 1/2 years.

Have now placed 4 calls asking why the level payment plan jumped $200 per month when the usage didn’t even cost the total of the last. Multiple calls requiring to be transferred to local office and no one gets back to me. Awful.

Trust and believe, go buy Yourself a space heater! As dangerous as they are, it’s better than being with Suburban Propane!!!
