My grandmother lives there and she is just in love with the place. Has great staff, lovely services, even a pool and laundry room.

I love this place! The rent is the cheapest in all of Durham (apartment wise), a beautiful neighborhood with quiet, serene neighbors! We have laundry on site, a pool, and a tennis court. I never feel unsafe here as a young woman, and the office staff is always friendly and amazing.
