Amazing! We had an issue at another location with getting TSA Pre check. Not sure why- because we were in and out of this location in 15 minutes. The woman who helped us was so nice a knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this Staples location!

Went there to return a PKG to Amazon. First time I was basically ignored in favor of other customers so I left. Came back later and was taken care of right away. She wasn't busy.

I had an issue with my business cards not being ready so I was a little bummed until………the manager stepped in apologized for the delay and personally took care of me!!!!! Now that’s what I call service

I had a great experience with the technician Michael. He helped me with all my technical needs. He was very polite and he took the time to talk to me about my Issue I was having with the McAfee renewal. He made it simple and quick. He has helped me often and I would recommend him and staples to everyone. He has great customer service .

I went to Staples because I was told on the phone that I could ship my antique firearms by UPS which I do all the time. And the guy behind the desk says UPS doesn’t and they will not ship my items but UPS does ship antique finance because I ship and receive through UPS so that person lied and has lost a customerand this happened on April 18 at 6:00 PM

This location has, by far, the most incompetent and difficult employees in the area. Having to rephrase, reiterate and explain the same issues multiple times to an adult who is supposed to be the professional and point of contact to get an issue resolved is ridiculous. Just go to the Raleigh or Cary stores for printing needs. For some reason, they seem to have different practices or are able to accommodate costumers facing simple printing issues whereas this store isn't.

I came in late in the evening to return and recycle some printer cartridges and purchase replacements. The IT service representative could not have been more solicitous and helpful. I was extremely impressed by his service and the cost saving he was able to provide.
