Took my legacy to the shop for a squishy brake and asked to bleed the brakes. Picked up my vehicle and was charged 100 dollars and told that my master brake cylinder was leaking. I bought and replaced my cylinder and when I went to rebleed my brakes after the replacement, I found the brake fluid very dark. It seems that my brakes weren't actually bled the first time or the fluid wouldn't be as dark as it was. I understand if there was a different leak in my system that perhaps, my fluid would have contaminants but this was just not the case, it was a dark brown. My brakes were not properly bled for my payment of service.

the owner called me asking where I got in the accident so that he could drive to the scene himself and look for a part that might still be there to save me time since it would need to be ordered from the dealer - the friendliest people and made me feel so much better. above and beyond, would highly highly recommend

Went to this business for an engine check light problem. After one day of driving the light came back on. I took my vehicle back to this business three times for this same problem, which they never fixed. Took my vehicle to another repair shop that fixed it right the first time. What a waste of hard earned money. I will never do business here again.

The owner here is very deceptive and manipulative. He’s knows little to nothing about cars. If he finds that you don’t as well he will take advantage of every dime you have. Women stay away. My car was here for weeks while the owner claimed to be working on it. According to him I needed another transmission. I provided almost $1000 upfront. 3 weeks later he called saying he was unable to do the job because it was a newer car with a turbo. I came to pick my car up and found that it was totally dissembled. Motor transmission pieces thrown in my truck parts just everywhere. He then had the audacity to charge me another $400 for a part I don’t not need nor use. As a matter of fact he kept it.Fun fact: I never needed a transmission.

Zero quality. Not even for an inspection.
Ladies take my advice...go elsewhere!
I went there to get an inspection which I passed, and the owner thanked me for my business, and even welcomed future business. But then I immediately had a low tire pressure, and both headlights no longer worked. I returned to this place. Spoke with the same owner. I explained my issue, but now, all of the sudden he doesn't know how to work on my car, but he would charge me a fee to "see what the problem is" since they don't touch the tires or the fuses.
I have now been educated that dishonest thieving mechanics, like the owner of Sprocket Auto Repair Center, will do this, so that you will return to their place and spend more money.
Lesson learned
