Everything was great. If the salesman let us know earlier that there is 3% fee on credit card for the car deposit, I would had enough time to drive back home to get my checkbook before they closed. Otherwise I will put 5 star instead.

I had a minor problem caused by another dealership which they quickly resolved at no cost to me. Staff was extremely helpful and worked me in without an appointment and with minimal wait time (other than the actual repair). They didn't try to uncharge me or sell me anything I didn't need.

The buying experience was fast & easy from sales to finance. The post-buying experience has room for improvement. Car detailing took longer than expected. Also, my salesman did not respond to a text regarding SiriusXM even though I received a read receipt.

I went in to get a used car that unfortunately had already been purchased when I arrived. The sales team helped me find a brand new CX5 with all the features I had admired on the used car. Very satisfied!
