IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD! Unfortunately we heard an ad on the radio for “Cousin Kera” to buy a car…When we test drove the car there was a noise heard and the reverse camera was working intermittently. The dealership wrote down they would take care of the sound they heard as well as the reverse camera. The manager even signed off on it. We have text messages confirming from Carl, the salesperson, they would fix everything as well. When we returned to pick up the car only the noise was taken care of and the reverse camera was still working intermittently. When we asked we were told it was too expensive to fix and they were not going to do so anymore. After we showed the paperwork they signed with the manager approval the managers got into a verbal altercation, right in front of my husband, of who would take the blame for it. It was ultimately decided they were still not going to honor what was said and documented. When we stated we would be taking this to the next level, Ken (portraying to be corporate but really is the manager) told us “Don’t threaten us with legal talk you couldn’t even barely afford to put your down payment on your car!” They also refused to provide corporate information so we could escalate this issue. We are looking into further action but felt the need to warn others. It’s almost sad because it seems the commercials are aimed at low income or credit challenged customers.These people are already in need of a blessing and then to take advantage of that and poke fun afterwards seems like a scam. So basically we have signed manager approved paperwork that they are refusing to honor!!! We feel scammed and taken advantage of. This situation was handled very unprofessional and the staff was beyond rude! We do not recommend wasting your time here!

Usually an understanding & reasonable Service Department here which is why I was a regular for any and all maintenance, but not in my last experience. The main reason for my visit was that I am having an electric system issue which is very common and known - ghost touch. It will sporadically spaz out making all sorts of changes/selections on its own, which is extremely distracting and UNSAFE to experience while driving! I find it blatantly neglectful for Mazda to want to charge their customers to fix this; clearly a defective issue that is not normal wear and tear! I used to be a proud Mazda owner (purchased two zero mileage cars already and was already planning on a third), but with this irresponsible disregard for their customers' safety, I'm moving on.

Sport's Durst Mazda is the only place I have ever had my car serviced. They have kept it running in perfect condition. I am always greeted politely and pprofessionally by the service coordinators who keep track of what services my car has had (not much except routine maintenance) and advise me on services I need. When my car leaves the shop it runs like a dream. Any concerns I have are always addressed. I just wouldn't take my car anywhere elsewhwere

Where should I start …..to make the story short I bought a car October of 2022 a Mazda 3 sedan 2022 in sport Dust Mazda in Durham they even delivered my car 3 hrs away since I don’t live in the area at first was having some issues since back then the manager wanted to sale Me a Nissan SUV of idk what year for that I should have gone then to the Nissan dealership the next day another manager helped me and got my 100 miles brand new car and was happy about it . Now on Sunday October 15 of 2023 decided to go back to the same dealership wanting there service since I got myself in a car accident and my car was a total loss . asking for the same manager and the same sales person that helped me last time on 2022 but one of them don’t work there anymore(the manager) My situation haven’t changed fromLast year only one thing . Maria was my sales person and another young black lady the same one that help me last year was helping me this time as well on that Sunday left home with no car and no answer apparently Chrysler capital told them the sales person Maria and the manager working that day that the suv I wanted was to high neededA 26,000 with a 2,000 down payment we looked for another car and after been allSunday in the dealership now from26,000 got down to 21,000 how’s that possible …? Maria said they will give me a call the next day since they have someone that can get me approved I have called sport dust I have left massages even to one of the managers I have texted both sales person and even emailed another sales person and up to today Saturday 21 of 2023 still waiting no one have called or even reply back to the last Tex massage more busy you are the notifications will show on you’re phone just wanted answer since my credit is involved and is lower because of running my credit a simple yes or No is not that difficult this is unprofessional if I had 31,000 to buy the car cash wouldn’t be no issue they gladly take my money and everyone take there cut and since they all have transportation is not there problem. Lesson learn never leave the dealership with a clear answer if no they will give you the runner up thanks a lot for you’re help it doesn’t take this long to have a answer . My salesman,Norris Fletcher, made my buying experience both pleasant and professional. After looking for s several weeks for the car With my specifications, I finally found it here. The car repairs went smoothly. I’m giving 4 stars because the customer service wasn’t as good as my former dealership, Superior Mazda. The service advisor didn’t greet me when I pulled in. My car wasn’t washed/vacuumed. The refrigerator only had water bottles instead of juices and sodas. The service technician didn’t mention any coupons or discounts. I’m used to a higher level of customer interaction.

I felt intentionally misled about the description of the vehicle I was coming from halfway across the state to look at, when the sales guy knew it was what I didn't want. I felt baited, like they were just trying to get me in the door to make a sale. He didn't care if I got what I wanted, just trying to talk me into buying something.

Narrowing down my search and not wanting to pay the aftermarket add Ons and Joe just lost his mind. Became hostile over text. Apparently expects people to pay the markups happily and not set boundaries on what we will be willing to pay. Avoid Joe if you are seeking a polite experience. He is tightly wound and can snap.

Setting an appointment for service was quick, easy, and professional. I dropped my vehicle off the night before. I received messages first thing the next morning that let me know they had my vehicle. Jennifer kept me up to date throughout the day. Extremely professional and pleasant. I was able to pick my vehicle that evening and it ran like new. Very pleased with the service at this location.
