Sport's Durst Mazda is the only place I have ever had my car serviced. They have kept it running in perfect condition. I am always greeted politely and pprofessionally by the service coordinators who keep track of what services my car has had (not much except routine maintenance) and advise me on services I need. When my car leaves the shop it runs like a dream. Any concerns I have are always addressed. I just wouldn't take my car anywhere elsewhwere

I felt intentionally misled about the description of the vehicle I was coming from halfway across the state to look at, when the sales guy knew it was what I didn't want. I felt baited, like they were just trying to get me in the door to make a sale. He didn't care if I got what I wanted, just trying to talk me into buying something.

Narrowing down my search and not wanting to pay the aftermarket add Ons and Joe just lost his mind. Became hostile over text. Apparently expects people to pay the markups happily and not set boundaries on what we will be willing to pay. Avoid Joe if you are seeking a polite experience. He is tightly wound and can snap.

I've taken my car here 3 times and this is the last. The first time 2 weeks after routine service the check oil light came on and I had to take it back in and it was a sensor error. The second time they somehow put it in kilometers rather than miles and I had to take it back and then a week later lights came on with yet another sensor error. Last week I again had it in for routine service and yesterday the check engine light came on. When I tried to call I kept getting disconnected. Fortunately a friend told me about a place near me and they quickly diagnosed a sensor error. I don't plan to return for any service again

Tried to buy a car here multiple times - nothing in stock, but they'd definitely find one - looking for CX9's and 6's, and they never found one. They hounded me relentlessly, and still didn't find what I was looking for. Bought a low mile 2018 Mazda 6 GTR from Southern States with no problem and no incessant phone calls. I just went for a spark plug change, and they wanted 350.00 - 30 minutes of labor and dealer price of 25.00 per plug would come out to roughly 200 bucks on the high end. Again, Southern States priced it at 240.00. Mazda need to up their dealer network significantly if they aspire to be a more premium brand. Sport Durst doesn't fit their current image - sadly.

This dealership is courteous, efficient, and professional. The waiting area is comfortable and provides space to work while waiting. I have had a good experience with my new Mazda CX-5 that I purchased in October 2021

I would highly recommend going to Sports Durst Mazda if you are looking for a car. Adel Daas and Stacie Merwitz were very helpful throughout the process of purchasing my CX-5. They were provided wonderful customer service, knowledgeable about car features, and provided constant follow-up and accommodating. I decided to go with buying a newer “used” 2018 CX-5 and it being such a great value for the car being in great condition. The dealership was able to suggest additional features and updating some to custom the car within my price range. I greatly appreciate all of their help!!!

Walked out brought the dealership. 4 salesman were sitting at a desk talking. Interesting? No one greeted me. I went up to a managers desk and asked to see a MX 30. The guy looked at me funny and said MX30 ? Yes, I said. Gave me a smirk on his face as his mask was over his chin, and said we won't be getting them in till the end of the year. The west coast is getting them ???? Why not SportDurst ? He said he did not know.

Horrible experience! Bought a car it was dirty! I went back to get it cleaned and still dirty! Terrible job. Did not call about my tags arriving so here it is my temp tags expired. Drove home and the keypad is dead to the car I just bought. The manager has a terrible attitude and does not know how to handle customers professionally. He got an attitude about the whole situation. Do not buy a car from them!

As far as car “shopping and testing” goes, they have alot of options to try before picking one. Nice atmosphere.
