I purchased the 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid SEL Convenience. I have always owned Honda, Volkswagen, Acura and Audi in my life. This is my favorite car I have ever owned.

I would not recommend working with the dealership. The sales team are trained to hide the cost of warranties in contract. During selling conversations, they will point out that the warranties are included, but they will not mention that there is a fee. I had to return to revise my contract after being charged $4000 for warranties.

This was one of the best auto service experiences I’ve ever had. Even though my oil change and tire rotation took over three hours,
Alex from the service department told me upfront how long it would be because the schedule was jammed. Alex constantly came to see me in the waiting room to keep me updated on the progress, which was incredibly thoughtful and helpful. I would definitely recommend Sport Durst Hyundai and Alex for your service needs.

Alex was quick, and detail-oriented. He explained the paperwork and maintenance package to me very well. I did have a decent wait time, but the inconvenience was decreased by the clean lobby stocked with snacks.

Had a 10:30AM appointment for a recall of our Hyundai Tuscon. Recall letter said it was a "software update" for the Battery Management System and should take "less that 1 hour."
Upon arriving I was told it's now a policy of Sport Durst Service to require every car be left for the entire day.... EVEN for a software update. Even with an appointment.
Not having any option to get back home only to have to figure a way to return six hours later, I left.
We now have an appointment at another dealership, farther away, but guaranteed out within an hour.
We won't be bothering the folks at Sport Durst again.
