I would avoid this repair shop if at all possible. They have no communication and my repairs were delayed multiple times. I was told that the repairs would take two weeks and it took months. After picking up my car, they did not fix the core issue which I had brought the car in for, being that my A/C was not working. They merely fixed cosmetic issues with the car. The engine overheated before I was even a mile from the shop after picking it up(this was never a problem before) and I had a flat tire (I had recently installed brand new tires) which took another few weeks for them to diagnose and fix. In the end, I was without my car for several months. I was promised a tire replacement but instead was only given a plug. I would not recommend this shop, terrible service.

I've heard how bad the service is at Sports Durst but never experienced it until last week. I received a recall letter on the emission problem for my Dodge. I called the number, made the appointment and went to Sports Durst to fix the problem. Big mistake! Curt or Kurt (sp?) was so uninterested and lacked any type of customer service skills. Instead of him providing the steps to get my car fixed, it was like pulling teeth to get info at 7:30 in the morning. He would give 1 or 2 word answers. I know he had more words because when one of the female workers walked in, she got a cheerful "Hi Brandy!" yelled from almost ten feet away. After a wasted drive and twenty minutes, apparently, Kurt put me on a list and will call me in a YEAR. Yes, he said it would take a YEAR to fix the emission problem for Dodge.

The repairs to my car look good and that is the important part. However, I would have appreciated better communication while they had my vehicle. The week after it was taken in, I got a call and was told they'd call back later that week with a estimated repair schedule. That didn't happen. Having not heard from them, I called after a couple of weeks and was told that the car would probably be ready tomorrow (Wednesday) and they'd call me back and let me know. I didn't get a call Wednesday, so I called Thursday and left a message. I still didn't get a call back, so I called again Friday and was told the person handling my repair was off for the day. I left a message for the manager and finally my call was returned and I was informed my car was ready for pickup.

took my vw in for a check engine light and it was running rough. several days later i got a phone call from the service writer, she said it would take $2,055.47 to fix the problem. my car sat there for several weeks. when i finally got my car back, paid the bill and everything went outside started the car and check engine light was still on. went back in had service manager come out and explain what happened. he advised me i had nothing on the bill for check engine light. when i got the bill it wasnt even the bill i signed, what they gave me was unsigned. the service manager said he would take care of it. when i got the car home finally the check engine light came right back on. they said when i callled that corp said they would no longer work on my car. this is terrible, bad business. billy j goines

Horrible customer service, outrageously high prices for parts. Staff are indifferent as to whether you get your car back today or a week from now. Parts Department - even more awful. RUN, don't walk, to a different dealership or repair center. They have no interest in garnering customer loyalty, only pushing volume thru to maximize revenue.

They have the worst customer service I was told I should have taken my car to Nissan instead of them because they literally hate working on kicks CHRISTINA is very rude let’s not forget that I do not recommend this place of business at all and when trying to figure out what happened to my charger ports in my car I was told I didn’t have any charger ports where my cup holder are then was told they didn’t do any interior work which lie is it I have 2 whole charging ports missing that wasn’t like that before my car got dropped off over a month ago no one has answers!! If I could give 0 stars I would definitely and they were going to let me drive off their lot with a flat tire if I hadn’t said anything .

Drive to Sports Durst Collision Center on 3/31/23 at about 2 pm ,I walked in asked for a estimate ,I was then told by receptionist that Wendy who does appointments will call me to schedule ,so I left my name and telephone number with her, no one called me that day ,I then called again to try to schedule at 1 pm on 4/1/23 at 1 pm since no one had returned my call from 3/31 to schedule, I was told that Wendy was on lunch until 130 she would call me back to schedule appointment for estimate ,Called back at 2 pm since Wendy did not call me back at 130 after her lunch ,I was then told she was on the phone would return my call. I did not receive call until 518 from an unknown number ,no message was left, I then called number back at 519 left message with my name and explained that I have been trying to schedule since 3/31, I then called back again today at about 11am in which I was finally able to contact Wendy ,she stated that her earliest appointment was April 24 three weeks to get a 15 minute estimate , I then asked since I had been trying to contact to schedule since 3/31 to try in work me in since it was a fender bender, she stated again in a condescending voice that April 24 is only date .I then asked to speak to a manager ,she then quickly got off phone transferred call to some voicemail ,I left message for her manager to call me back but no one called me back, This is the most unprofessional body shop in Durham, they do not care to treat customers like they even care cannot even get an estimate appointment in a timely manner smdh, ps I saw after all of this on website they do online estimates ,why was I told this by the 4 people I talked to including the first receptionist ,,

I made an appointment for a simple oil change. They gave me an appointment for 7:30am. I dropped the car off before they opened and left my key in the drop box. Never received a call. When i called at 1pm, Alex was very dismissive and said I should have waited for the car. Alex said they would get to it right away. I came to pick up the car at 3:30pm, they just started on the car. What good is an appointment if they don't abide by the time? Then to have the service person accuse you of doing the wrong thing is just icing on the cake. I have made numerous calls to speak to someone with the dealership to no avail. Never had a problem with Hyundai Service... Until now! POOR SERVICE!

Let me tell you about Lyndsey! She came through for me in the realest and kindest way. Lyndsey’s communication was consistent and I felt like she truly was invested in making sure I got the help I needed. Natalie the Progressive agent for sports durst collision as a longtime employee… Has been nothing short of professional, prompt cooperation /communication and reassured me that their service is top notch… 15’Chrysler 200 and my present 18’Outlander has always had the best service…From day one, I have been doing healthy business with Sport Durst Collision since 2016 when, I relocated back from TX… The courtesy is Expeditious and pertinacious… I have never allowed any other collision center to touch or breathe on my auto… I sometimes call them family… I give a huge 10 or 5star rating… They, also are located in a convenient position… My choice Enterprise Rentals is across the street they always pick me up for my Rental services… Salute Sport Durst Collision is a great choice… I recommend them all for the RTP community…Services: Exhaust
