It’s been more than 80 days and I’m still waiting for engine replacement for my palisade 2024 which is recalled. I’m paying $500 for rental car for each week. There is no proper response from dealer and the service advisor said he has no idea when the new engine will be available.

Got ignored after dealing with them for a couple of hours sales man sat down chewing the fat with other employees said they were detailing the vehicle, I went out back and looked and it hadn’t been touched ! We told him we were leaving then he got on the ball but 2 1/2 hrs later after all done said they would deliver next day that was on Tuesday its Monday of the next week no vehicle no one answering calls either! Took my $3500 down and started ignoring! Never will I ever go to that so called dealership again 2 hr drive each way just to get jerked around!? do yourself a favor do t even look that way keep on trucking too many dealerships around to take this kind of abuse!

I've got six cars from sport durst every car I've had I've had trouble with the service department this car I have now has warranty on my tires haven't had it 2 years now sport durst does not want to Grant the warranty or fix my seat supposed to had a call from them over 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting on that call about my tires and my seat now I can't even get the sales person that sold me the car to call me nothing but a headache anymore

tire rotation was not performed, I marked the tires, then service mngr tried to add on required service that was already completed and then try selling me there service contract for future service. no longer will take my 2021 jeep GC there

This service department LOST MY CAR FOR FOUR DAYS.
On a Monday night I dropped off my 2024 Tucson Hybrid for a tire replacement at this dealer service. My scheduled appointment was for Thursday at 10:45am but the woman I spoke to on the phone said it would be good to drop early if I was concerned it would eventually need to be towed. At the end of the day Thursday, I called the service department since I had heard no update and the person informed me that there was "no record of my car" and "no one had any clue about it."
After showing up in PERSON to have to find my own car?? and waiting 30 minutes, my car was located but was told that they had not done of the work planned for the Thursday appointment and I would be without a car for days after. I was also told that its probably my fault for bringing it early (not theres for not record keeping). Since there is no record of where my car was for 4 days... who is to say it was not used in between or something else? Once I finally got to speaker to the the manager showed up to tell me there was "very little" he could do. Not only was my car lost, the work not complete, but (most) of the male staff were incredibly dismissive and rude to me.

This review rating is for my experience with salesmen on pre-owned vehicles. I do not have any other experience with Sport Durst and this should not reflect the overall business. Be cautious of what the sales person says, ensure whatever is promised verbally is translated in writing. I was misled multiple times during a potential transaction and when it came down to getting agreed upon terms in writing, the price ultimately increased.

Twice I’ve attempted to purchase a car here and twice I’ve had my time wasted. In 2021 I was left waiting in the lobby for over an hour with no concern from the staff, but I foolishly thought it worth giving them a second chance. I asked for a price on a car and was told I’d get one, I got a call back with an alternate car I was willing to look at so I drove an hour only to be lead on again and finally talked to a sales manager who had no clue I ever asked for numbers. Disorganized and very unappreciative of others time.

Great place to purchase your next quality used vehicle. I’m more than happy with my recent purchase. Sales Professional Hikeem ensured I had a great experience. The only downside is I wish the service department would had swapped the old battery out as the one that’s currently in it is aged and possibly on its way out sooner rather than later. At least as a courtesy and especially me putting $600 towards the initial vehicle service fee. I felt the service dept could had at least done that. I’m hopeful that they will make it right eventually. Asides from that it was a great experience and I highly recommend getting your next vehicle from here. The way Cousin Kera (exceptional and successful car broker) has been treated by this "establishment" is TRULY despicable! BUT THERE ISN'T BUT ONE Cousin Kera and she is the REAL DEAL! To try and take her business from her and still try to extract business from the BLACK COMMUNITY speaks to the low this company has been willing to go! If you listen to 103.9 The Light, among other platforms, you know the NAME! Looking forward to the Community BACKLASH! COUSIN KERA has been a blessing to so many and it will be felt! Sad.

Just got a new car here and couldn’t be happier with the service provided! Chance was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure we get the deal we were looking for! He also provided an amazing customer service after I signed all the documents, keeping true to his word on many occasions!
