Gabrielle and Alexander were amazing. I had been to the store 3 times for an upgrade and noone was able to help me. Today these 2 went above and beyond and made sure I left with a new phone and was happy. I will not want anyone else to help me in the store. Thanks guys..

I needed help switching my cell phone to Spectrum. I went online for a next-day appointment at the New Hope Commons store. Next day I checked in and Alexander soon helped me. All went well, but I didn't have a exit code from my current vendor. He told me in detail how to get that. Pressed for time, I returned the next day with the code. This time Aaron assisted me not only applying the code, but also prying open a very stiff case to insert the new SIM card. Immediately I was on Spectrum! Both Alexander and Aaron were friendly, professional, competent, and dedicated to good service. Please keep such employees happy.

Joshua serviced me here at Spectrum in Durham North Carolina. He was professional highly competent in his delivery and I was extremely satisfied with his service. I recently visited this store to upgrade my phone. I made a reservation online and my name was called as soon as I arrived. I was helped by Joshua. He was courteous, helpful, and professional and he clearly takes pride in the expertise and experience he offers customers. He was able to quickly resolve a couple of obstacles, and before long I was heading home with a new phone. I truly appreciate associates who are committed to providing excellent service. Joshua gets five stars.

I had an excellent experience with Customer Service Technician Joshua. I needed to exchange equipment and Joshua was able to reduce my monthly bill substantially when I asked about it. He did not try to sell me products I didn't want, and was professional and very easy to work with. Thanks again, Joshua. Five star service!!

If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. I walked in today, checked in, and was placed 5th in line out of 11 people at the time of this post. I have now been here over an hour and am currently 4th in line. Maybe they are short-staffed? Oh no... there was a moment where 3 employees were all rearranging the accessory display..... I have no words other than absolutely terrible management this store has. You NEVER rearrange a display, pulling three employees from open kiosks, while there are 11 customers waiting in line! Absolute nonsense! Please retrain or upgrade your management!

Absolutely horrible service, gave an attitude right from the start. Employee clearly didn’t want to be there and takes it out on the customers.
