Gabrielle and Alexander were amazing. I had been to the store 3 times for an upgrade and noone was able to help me. Today these 2 went above and beyond and made sure I left with a new phone and was happy. I will not want anyone else to help me in the store. Thanks guys..

It's a good service and friendly the associates are very polite too, but the customer service has a long wait time in the store
