In my 15 years of painting experience, I've never come across such a well trained, and educated staff at a paint store. I was at the truist bank in the University Drive plaza when I noticed the spectrum store for the first time. Im a long time Benjamin more paint user so when I saw the sign I was excited to stop in.
A young fella named Bayshawn or Bshawn (sorry for spelling) greeted me immediately while he was tinting a large order and said he'll be right with me. At that moment another fella with a clipboard came around the corner and asked how he could help. I didn't need any paint right then but, I wanted to see what spectrum had to offer. I musta sat and chatted with the team for a good 20 min before a THIRD fella, Alex got back from a delivery, and they started getting busy loading up more orders. I love seeing a busy paint store filled with knowledgeable people getting after it... I left with the store manager Stillmans card, a sales rep card, and a cash account form. Really looking forward to using spectrum as another Benjamin Moore paint store option in the Durham area.

I highly recommend coming to this store. Customer Service is Outstanding and the gentlemen's were very knowledgeable of what I needed, and the way they treated me was very Professional. I highly recommend you coming to this store I told everyone in my office to come there.

This is by far one of the best Spectrum Paint locations in the triangle area. Great staff, high quality service, and an excellent selection of inventory.

I was very impressed with my first visit to this relatively new location for Spectrum Paint. The store is like new, well organized and tidy. Manager Carol and Assistant Mgr Theresa were extremely helpful and friendly. There seems to be a good supply of quality products and supplies on hand to cover most of your painting requirements I'm a big fan of Benjamin Moore paints which I've used for about 30 years. I'm particularly impressed with the durable "Advance" paint for bookshelves, mantles, furniture, doors, trim etc. It's like an oil based paint with water cleanup and has high blocking resistance so things don't stick to it after the paint has dried. I'll be back for sure.
