Terrible place. I bought a $30 scale from here, it didn’t work so I brought it back the next day and they wouldn’t even exchange it out. I was a frequent customer.. not anymore.

Pricing can be confusing, especially with sales. Rarely do any of the staff wear masks as mandated by local government.

Prices are ok, but the items do not always work and are difficult to return. On top of this, the store rarely opens on time. If asked the staff will insist it opens at 8 but I haven’t seen this happen often. More often the store opens at some random time between 8:30 and 10. I would go elsewhere if you want to go to a smoke shop early.

Never open when it says it is. Hours say it opens at 8:00 AM. I have been here multiple times from 8:00-8:30 and they aren’t open. I believe they just open whenever they want to open.

Visiting from H-Town, TX. Could not fly with any paraphernalia. Found Smoke World on yelp. The pictures sold me but the reviews were only one star. We went in anyways! They had it all and all a good price. The young lady knew her stuff-quiet- but hell quiet people need jobs too. The store recognizes military and gave us a discount. Very pleased and will probably visit again before we go back to Houston! Thank you for the quality and wide variety of paraphernalia!
