Very happy with our shopping experience in store. Much better than trying to make a decision online. Charles answered all our questions and educated us so we were informed and confident in our choice of mattress. We didn't feel pressured and enjoyed our research and purchase experience.

We purchased a $10000 bed. We set for delivery today. Guess that this company's customer service is a zero out of 100. If you think your gonna spend the price of a good used car and get it from this company...think 4 times. They absolutely are the worst and delivery and 5 hours on phone with them today convinces me they make a sale, charge your card (they are good at that part) expect customer service don't so before you buy into the lies take your business somewhere else. Sorry to degrade a company but they have work to do and it's not apparent managers or management give two Fs about their customer base after the card swipe. Get it straight management or maybe you should be replaced
