“Such a special place! I was in Durham for work and stopped by on a whim. My favorite shopping experience is one where you can talk to someone super smart and stylish who will talk you down from all your neuroses. On that front, V&V delivers! Everything they stock is beautiful and well made, and the women who work here are consummate pros who will take you, your concerns and your taste seriously. I had the best time talking to Nia, trying on pieces she picked out for me, and getting some stylist assists from Stephanie. One of their regular customers even helped close a deal by walking in wearing a great pair of jeans (tried them on + bought my own on the spot.) 10/10 retail experience.”

It's all self-serve, but I was asked if I would like assistance, which is unfortunately somewhat rare in retail anymore. Nice clean and orderly store.”

“Feel very compelled to write a review about my experience about three weeks ago at this location. I went on a Saturday and the store was packed with customers. There were employees to match! Each and every last employee I encountered was so helpful and really went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. This was my first time ever in an Anthropologie store, and it far exceeded my expectations. There was one employee who really stood out to me and I unfortunately cannot recall her name. She was dressed to the absolute nines and just as beautiful to match! (Jean skirt and a natural styled fedora hat) She was engaging and let me know a few times that she was available for any assistance I needed. It was not overwhelming, but just right. The ladies at the dressing rooms were a pleasure as well. I recently found out online that they offer styling sessions, and it makes sense as every employee was dressed well. I will most certainly be back.”

“I had a really wonderful experience at this store a few weeks ago! Needed to buy my first suit for an interview, had no idea where to start or what to look for. Tried on a jacket and pants that did not fit, but the salesperson on duty chatted with me about what I was looking for, then brought me several other possibilities to try on, all of which complimented my body type really well and made me feel great. She was warm and so helpful throughout, without being condescending or making me feel awkward. She even steamed the jacket I selected for free and had it ready to go when I came back after finishing up my other shopping.
10/10 great clothes, wonderful customer service.
