The gas pump closest to the supermarket had an issue; it automatically shut off after just three dollars. I had to go to another Shell station to refuel.

Sry but Not sry, this place is a complete joke, people fly in and out with no regard for anyone, or anything, conscientiously getting harassment from people, staff, over priced items, brake downs with the machines inside, and outside, pumps never working right, wrong priced on pumps all around. When telling employees and managers, they send u in circles with no end in sight. It's been a turn around for years. Nothing has nor will ever change for the good. Such a shame on a company.

This place is a joke there pumps constantly breakdown and I have $100 charge on my account that they refuse to complete. I will be putting it as a fraudulent charge on my account. I will never do business the people never want to take responsibility for something that is clearly their fault. Beware!!!!!!!!! If you ever have a problem that needs to be taken care of with money lost because of their pumps or machines the owner could care less and neither could the employees.

Walked inside the store to use the restroom before I purchased my gas. Nobody inside the store was wearing masks including the two staff members. After I used the bathroom I walked back out and asked the 2 staff if they understood there was a state mask mandate and they looked at me with blank expressions, mumbled "yes" and ignored me. That's fine but I won't go back and DIDN'T buy my gas there.

This is the convenience store at the Shell gas station on LaSalle near the post office. It has quite a lot of beer and wine, including a walk-in cold room of beer 12 and 24-packs. There's also quite nice bathrooms. Nearly no food for sale except for chips.

Everyone is so nice here, and patient. This is my go to gas station. They always keep everything well stocked and clean!
