I'm a member but I'm now looking for another bank. How do you not order a customer a bank card after getting a new account????? I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for my bank card to only find out today it was just issued on the 14th, but I opened the new account on the 8th.... The bank card is much needed due to the hours and not being open on the weekend. Now I have change my plans because I can't go anywhere without having access to my money... Thanks Self-help

This particular financial institution deserves no stars. It is no wonder it is an unpopular credit union in my area. It falsely claimed that I failed ChexSystems afer opening me a membership. Then, the operations department claims that I am ineligible for membership. The people who work at and run this particular financial institution are incompetent and corrupt. I got my money from the closed membership and moved to a much better financial institution that offered me all of the services that I was qualified for.

Wow! I don't live in NC and had to get a check for our house closing. Diego was incredibly helpful and everyone worked so quickly to get things figured out. It made a stressful process just a little less stressful. Thank you!!!

Your fee that you is incomprehensible, Snyde and verges on trickery. The office of the controller of the currency should come down on your agency for malfeasance. My son W. Paul Mayhue II was financially rolled this week. Your agency took $100 from his account just because he used the account on occasion. He has a checking and savings account. Maybe this is done because he is Black. Black people need to take their accounts out of your credit union. Maybe we will start such a campaign. You are vile and vicious.

Worst credit union ever. Terrible hours. Limited locations. Terrible policies. Refused to allow a debit for a large purchase even though we could answer every single one of their verification questions. Basically refused to give us our money!! And since it was a Friday, we couldn't complete the purchase until Monday, because they aren't open AT ALL on the weekends, and we were required to go in person and get a certified check. They weren't willing to work with us at all, and we are beyond frustrated. Closing our accounts and moving elsewhere ASAP. Stay clear!!
