On-site manager, Robert Nichols, is extremely diligent and helpful. He continually goes the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. He is proactive in relaying any changes on the property.

I rented from this location about 4 years ago. Recently renting a unit once again. L love this place the manager is down to earth helpful and remembers his past customers. True southern hospitality at this location.

Confusing. We reserved a unit for a future date but the contract did not show the first month discount. Was leery. Thankfully it did show up on the credit card statement. I think the mandatory insurance started when reserved the unit not when the rental started. Can’t tell yet. This was un necessarily confusing and if not for the location probably would have considered a different storage service. Time will tell if this works out or not

We rent a unit so far is ok.No complaints good service
