I arrived for a scheduled Flu test appointment, only to be informed that all their Flu/Covid tests were expired. It’s utterly irresponsible to accept appointments without ensuring the availability of valid tests. What’s worse, there was no prior communication about this significant oversight. This lapse in basic responsibility and customer service is unacceptable, especially in healthcare. Potential clients should be wary of depending on a store that fails to meet such fundamental expectations.

Always neat and clean and items stay put in one place so you can find them easily. I was sad to see some of the low ratings in the past.

I'm not sure what's happening at this Broad Street Walgreens Pharmacy however when they first took over from Rite Aid and became Walgreens the store was perfect organized great customer service everything going very well in the last 6 months everything has drifted away medication not in stock they do not follow up with you to let you know that your meds are available or if it's going to take days they just tell you that your prescription is not ready yet without giving you a time frame as to when it's going to be ready they just tell you that we don't have your medication and then and then they literally asked me to call of the pharmacies to see if my medication will be available at other pharmacies and I'm like but isn't that your job so I guess I'll currently be looking for a new pharmacist CVS or Walmart here I come.

Part of providing medications and vaccines is good customer service, which is lacking here. This location is better than the Fayetteville St location but that is not saying much. My experience with this store/pharmacy: slow and unfriendly. And when you complain, they apologize but also blame you. Which is not an apology. I remedied the problem and transferred my business elsewhere.

We had a photo order transferred through the store website from Greensboro to this store. Something was lost in transfer and they could not have been more gracious. Very friendly and professional. Call

Kayia was so helpful. I Really appreciate her courtesy towards me. I also appreciate her patience with me as I shop with my toddler who kept crying. Thank you so much. I hope I spelled your name right

Got off work, picked up my prescription right before they closed, went straight home (8 minutes away) to take the medication and noticed the fluid was cloudy instead of clear. Went back the next morning to hopefully get a new batch, but the pharmacist couldn't be located at that time for whatever reason. I called the store later that day and they requested I come in, so the very next chance I got, I came back to get my situation handled and I was informed that they were unable to assist me because I had no proof the medication was faulty when I left the store. To that, I asked if they expected all customers to unbox and inspect, in my case, all 9 boxes of their prescriptions before getting out of line? I proceeded to mention that it didnt seem like a fair requirement, but that i would 100% do that from now on if that is what it would take. The person that assisted me when I came back the first time to get the situation handled did remember me and vouched that I had been back and tried to contact them multiple time, but his boss, Lena, said that wasn't enough: I would have to pay for more medication even though the faulty one I presented to her was still unopened and had been unable to be used since the evening I picked it up from them. Along with the fact that I had been unable to receive assistance from someone that wasn't a tech until today; this is now my third time trying to get this medicine my body NEEDS. I asked if I could speak to a higher up and she curtly denied there being anyone else I could speak to or there being any number I could call for further assistance. My issue isn't 100% about the policy. My issue MAINLY lies with, one, the lack of empathy used by the pharmacist who just seemed to want me out of her line, claiming I must have mishandled the product when only 1/9 boxes were faulty, though they were all in the same bag. This isnt the same as getting the wrong sandwhich in a fast food line: this is a medication that fosters my quality of life, but the situation was not treated as such. I just wanted to be treated like my situation mattered. Two, the lack of solutions that didn't include me paying TWICE for a medication that was sold to me in a condition that made it unsafe to be used, especially when said item was returned to them still unopened.I understand that there are rules in place for reason, but I also feel like I shouldn't have to suffer just because I did not think to check my medication before leaving the store.

I’m very very frustrated that they are closed weekends, I had a script sent there Saturday because I didn’t know, but was going out of town Sunday, it’s a controlled substance so I couldn’t transfer it so now I’m having to wait till FRIDAY when I’m back in NC to get it!! I’m choosing a different pharmacy because I’m so done with this closing on weekends BS.
