This shop has held my husband truck for over a year. He kept giving us different stories and then kept saying he couldn't find a part he needed. I finally got fed up about a month ago and went to see him and pretty much told him if he didn't start working on my husband truck by the end of the month, I wanted a refund and we would take it somewhere else. Magically the missing part he couldn't find in over a year was finally found and he started to work on his truck. Like I said, that was a month ago. Now he is starting again with his stories. I'm fed up. Let's see what happens now, he said the truck will be ready in a week. I'll update this review once I see the results of his work. My biggest fear is the truck not being moved in so long that other parts will start to go bad.

I left my car with them for a whole month and I somehow got it back worse than what I left behind. The communication between me and the shop was terrible they didn't tell me that the bumper I had gave them didn't fit until the day I went to go pick up the car. They continuously lied to me, every time I asked did they receive the headlight for the car his excuse was it will be here Monday but never came. All they did was get a few dents out the fender and that doesn't even matter because the dealership still has to replace the fender so my headlight will fit properly. I was charged $250 for them just to prime the hood not even painting it and a couple of dents in the front. If I could leave half a star I would.

This place sucks I asked for a paint job on the front hood and bumper.First of all I received my truck with a popped tire, also the paint on my truck was the worst quality ever I could see CRACKS on my bumper and he will be lying about the prices!

I would definitely recommend this body shop they are very professional and reliable.
Someone hit my car and I was hesitant at first but Angel made me feel comfortable, & fix my car really fast and it looked like new ❤️

The experience with the Rey Body shop was disappointing, they painted my car a different color, they left my crash pad loose, my mudguards tied as if they were patched

It's crucial to recognize excellence, but we often fail to do so. My experience with Rey's body shop has been exceptional. I found them after a Google search for affordable options because my insurance estimate from Caliber Collision was unreasonably low for my car. It seemed like they collaborate to save money, not in our favor (Audi only recommends Caliber but they failed to include seat belts locked). I cashed the check and went to Rey, who offered a great repair price. He even fixed prior subpar work done horribly at a body shop in Raleigh. Cars like mine with low miles often prompts people to choose more expensive big-name companies. Dealing directly with Rey, I was treated respectfully, without any hint of dishonesty or deception. Rey is an honest man who did fantastic work, going beyond our agreement. He even polished and fixed additional areas not in the estimate, free of charge. He offered to replace a cracked tail light later at no cost. I highly recommend him. His dedicated and trustworthy workers make his shop a hidden gem. When my car needs body work in the future, I know exactly where I'll go. It's easy to lose trust in this field, but Rey is one of the few you can rely on.

I needed to get my bumper repaired and wanted to use somebody local. Rey was awesome. I asked him a lot of questions, I wanted OEM parts, and I needed the car fixed pretty quickly. Not only did he replace the bumper, he basically did an entire detail on my car for no extra cost. I'm sorry for not doing this review sooner, Rey!! If anything ever happens to my car, I'm coming back to you ASAP

I had a horrible car accident about a year ago and was unable to find a body shop that would be able to do all I needed to have done with a fair price. Rey has been extremley professional and hands on with showing updates and informing me on progress. my car looks better than it did prior to accident. rey is now my go to for friends family and our other cars!
