Cash only with a broken ATM and they dont do cash back, 25% of the machines are out of service, some working ones dont dispense water until 10 mins into cycle.. some of the dryer's hot button does not works

I believe this place is also called regency dry cleaner on google. I do not plan on using this service again. I brought in multiple high-end cocktail and black tie dresses, including silk material. I specifically pointed out a stain on one of the dresses. When I returned to pick up my items, the stain was not resolved. Additionally, on another dress, the beads along the chest line were falling off of the dress. I'm positive this is not how I gave the dress to them. I asked them to fix it which they said they would. I then needed to return two additional times to continue to ask them to fix it. I asked to have this removed off my bill, which was not done easily. Additionally, a second one of my dresses came back ripped at the hem. Again, this is definitely not the condition of how I brought my dress to them.

I brought in a dress and did not want to give a phone number to the clerk. She argued and insisted, so I told her to make one up. When I got the dress back, it smelled the same as it did before I brought it in and I noticed the clerk had put all 6's in the phone number. I don't think they cleaned the dress, and I successfully disputed the payment with my credit card issuer.

The owner is RUDE! She continues to be rude, like the business isn’t in a residential area. She will argue with the people that live in the neighborhood about accessing their property because she has all kinds of traffic blocking the driveway. I would not spend a dime in this establishment. Learn how to be respectful of ALL people. On more than one occasion, I’ve been convinced that my interactions have been racially motivated. However, in my most recent exchange, I am positive it was. Rude and Racist. For shame.

Terrific work dry cleaning sheer drapes 4 panels 13 feet long; 4 panels 10 feet long. Look wonderful. Highly recommend.

The laundromat was clean and they follow covid guidelines. The employees were friendly and helpful. I was able to wash my clothes in an efficient and timely manner. I would recommend this laundromat to others.

Not impressed. Arrived at 6:04 to a locked door due to traffic and watched the employees ignore me while they helped other customers inside. You couldn’t have unlocked the door that you were going to have to open anyway so I could pick up the shirts needed for a business trip tomorrow? Terrible customer service. We have come here for 10 years but will now look around for another place.

The gentleman was very helpful showing me the newest washers and dryers and suggesting cycles. I was visiting my son and needed to wash my clothes after camping. Courteous and helpful. Thank you.
