RUGS are insanely expensive to wash (I have a washable dining room rug). I brought it to White Star for a quote -- almost $250! Then the (very nice) woman pointed out that I could use one of the large washers to clean it. $10 later, I have a spotless rug. White Star even spotted me the detergent. You pay by phone: 30 minute wash cycle. I'm drying the rug in my backyard though they also have large dryers. 10/10 recommend!

I’ve taken things there twice and they don’t come back clean. I’m not bringing things that have massive stains or anything remotely like that. It’s visibly still dirty.

I haven't been there in several years since switching to pants and shirts that can be cleaned in our washer/dryer. But lately the pants are becoming increasingly wrinkled. I tried to iron them myself and couldn't get the wrinkles out. But Regency Cleaners did a great job. And the staff members I dealt with were very personable and efficient.

They were not able to get some stains out of one of my dresses and still making me pay the full AMT. They said they would try to do it again but not guaranteed. I'll post photos once I get it back to show. My other garments they were able to clean. Hopefully they can get it out but if not and I will update my ratings. I will not be going back there.

I took in this Jean Michael korr dress I really loved it was missing button and I was unsure if they would be able to fix. Well… when I saw it I wanted to cry I was so happy it looked better when I picked it up then before. They found the exact button that was on it to replace missing one . To describe in two words SIMPLY AMAZING!!!! I it looked fabulous I can’t thank them enough and regardless of the price it was truly worth ever dime. . The rest of my clothes came as they always do I truly am satisfied every time with their service. I only used this cleaners for my son’s ROTC. Uniform for past 4 years, from hillside high school. However they were the first I thought to use when I started taking my personal clothing. I wouldn’t try any other cleaners . They made my doubt truly go away. Way to go cleaners. You are forever my go to cleaners. I am not an easy person to please . Very boushie I must add . Lol
