“I like this location a decent amount. I have been going here for my occasional banking needs for about 5 years now and never had any issues. However, there was one interaction a few months ago that rubbed me the wrong way. The bank teller who assisted me asked me why I wasn’t smiling. I was wearing a mask, but they said they still could tell I wasn’t smiling because “it’s in your eyes.” I told them that I didn’t have to smile if I didn’t want to. I thought it was very odd. I have been a cashier in the fast food and retail industries and have had customers and managers tell me to smile, and I would never dare to tell a service worker that. So for a bank teller to ask me, a customer, to smile… again, it was very odd.”

In the past, going inside to get cash withdrawals has been very easy. I have never had to wait for the drive thru ATM.
Not sure what all the negative reviews are about, but I do deposit my checks online so I’ve never needed to do the drive-thru human teller - seems that others have had negative experiences in that area.”
