I rented for three years from PPA. They were kind, courteous, and helpful when we had issues. I renewed multiple times and only left because of a life change. Thanks for making it a great experience!

I had a tour scheduled for one of their properties. Completed their forms and everything they sent. Day of tour, I asked for the code for my self-access showing and was told I'd receive it later. I showed up to my scheduled tour and was completely ghosted by the company. Won't answer my texts or calls.

I cannot say enough horrible things about this rental company. I am a current renter who will be moving out as soon as my lease expires strictly because the management company is that difficult to deal with. I will file service requests and they will ignore them for months. The owner, Phyllis, refuses to speak with or acknowledge tenant issues, including when the heat has gone out of my house and it is 50 degrees in the house. For example, I complained about my water heater and a foreign animal living under my house, eating my insulation. She insisted it was my issue and I was supposed to call animal control or the gas company instead of doing it herself. When I called both of those companies, they were shocked and said this is not our area your landlord should be handling this. At all costs, avoid renting with this company. Tenants are just income and Phyllis will ignore you any time you need anything
