I was made aware that overall PNC has been short-staffed in the area, so I called ahead to make an appointment about a week before my CD maturity date. I spoke to George. He was very helpful and professional in addressing any questions I had. Later that day, I received an email confirming my appointment date and time with Priya. The following week, I arrived for my appointment, and I was in and out of there all within 20minutes. Priya was also helpful and friendly. Overall, I had a pleasure and professional experience with this branch.

Go in to do a virtual banking session and they'll hang up on you 100% of the time.

No longer a real bank - just an atm enclosed in a physical structure. There are no tellers available, so you cannot make deposits or use notary services. Go elsewhere if you need anything beyond atm access.

I have been a member with PNC banking since 2015. I loved PNC. I am newly married and wanted to put my husband as a joint owner on the account. The woman we worked with, Priya Thulasidas, imputed my husbands name incorrectly (last name as first name, first as last), making it so that PNC could not verify the account. The account was then locked. We followed all of the steps - going back into the branch, bringing a SS card, ID, etc. and while we were there she said they "couldn't verify" him as a person because our drivers license were from two different states and its just too much information. PNC, this experience was TERRIBLE and I will be recommending to all of my friends and family to stop banking with them. I was already on the fence about switching banks and this only confirmed my choice. PNC IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST BANK and DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. 0/10 Stars.

George, the apparent only notary and only person answering phones at this branch hung up on me the first time I called as I tried to speak. I called back and he denied hanging up on me and was rather rude, all for me trying to get my car title taken care of. Will not be utilizing this branch in the future.

The worst PNC I've ever experienced. Wouldn't give me my money saying the card was suspended...duh I canceled it. Then said it's because I'm from out of state. Been with PNC over a decade and have never had this issue. They need more training.

I've banked here fir over 7 years. The inside service has been known to suck where the executives operate but the Teller service is good.

I’ve been a customer of Centura/ PNC for over 20 years. Stopped in today to get a document notarized and there was literally one customer in the place. Very nice lady came out to help me. Asked the notary guy if he could help me. You could hear the conversation, and ultimately she came back and said ‘not today’. I could hear that he could take time to converse with her, so I said I could be flexible as I really needed to get it done. Solid no.Awful customer service!!

The teller and the manager said I couldn't deposit a check under my husband's and my name to our joint account because they said it needs both our signatures. Lo and behold, I went to another PNC bank and they said it only need one signature. This make me waste an hour driving around on rush hour.

I had a great experience at this bank. I recently moved to the area and needed to open a new account. I worked with Marcel who was fantastic. He made the process very transparent and easy. I'd certainly recommend this bank!

I enjoy this bank, the ATM is down for repair 1/10 times I am there, but the tellers are very nice and PNC App is really good
