Park Vet is the best! We have been using their services for our 2 small dogs for about a year. The front desk staff is friendly & helpful. The vets & vet techs are very knowledgeable and caring. We are able to get appointment quickly - many times the same day. Our small Italian Greyhound got a puncture wound while we were traveling & we had to take her to an ER vet to be treated. When we got back to Durham (on a Sunday at 2pm) we were unable to get her bandage off without hurting her skin & making her scream/bite. We called the vet & they said to bring her right in. The vet tech was able to get her bandage off within a few minutes without causing her pain, even looked over her wound to see how it was healing and gave me tips for what to watch for. Because we are clients, they didn't charge us for this service. Outstanding customer service & compassionate care. They are truly lifesavers in every way. Highly recommend!

I just met the nicest vet tech, Jon. He was kind, great with the cat and very thorough. He seems excited about his job & doing it well. The vets themselves are always very good as well.

Can’t recommend Park Vet high enough! We are so grateful to have found them and they always take extra good care of our sweet dog. From her first visit as a puppy, to a surgery, random urgent appointments, and general wellness - they have always gone above and beyond to fit us in the schedule and provide excellent care. The employees who answer the phones are knowledgeable and kind and every vet we’ve seen has been wonderful (shout out to Dr Hanrahan)! We will be with Park Vet for as long as we have pets in our home!

We've been coming here for almost a year and I've always had a really positive experience with everyone there. The staff are always friendly, kind, and professional. You can tell they really care about the animals.They always help my dogs feel comfortable and are great with answering any questions I have.

Love the staff and veterinarians at this place. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Recommend to everyone. The 1st vet that my dogs haven't been scared to death in. So that to me is a win!!

After my dog contracted a virus at a kennel, I stopped here passing through on a Saturday. They were able to get us seen faster than I expected and took awesome precautions to not infect other animals. They showed great care, clear communication and helped us get the meds he needed to get on our way. Dr. Leslie and Shelby were great, if I lived in the area I would take them there regularly.

The people and care you want in your pet's time of need. From the techs- Lucas and Kim, to the docs- Dr. Hunt and Dr. Goodwin, this is the place to go. My dog had an emergency and we were quickly and professionally seen and cared for. They went over everything in fine detail so we are now on a path to healing. So appreciative.

We’ve had a so-so experience with Park Vet. Dr. Hanrahan has been amazing but we have not been impressed with any of the other doctors.My experience with the admin team today, however, is the reason we are now searching for a new vet. I received a text message today that my overdue balance from their network outage will now start to accrue interest. I was never told I had a balance until today or sent an invoice (today or previously) for said balance. I was told via text message that my balance is 14 dollars. I can’t believe this practice is going to start to charging me interest on 14 (!!) dollars that I didn’t even know I owed. Since pet care costs thousands and thousands of dollars, I recommend spending your money somewhere that will treat you better and won’t nickel and dime you over their error.

Nathan was an extraordinary assistant to my cat Obie! He totally related to Obie and gave some very useful tips and inspiration. He definitely is in the correct position working with animals!

I have been taking our dogs to Park Vet for almost a year now, and they are wonderful. We have seen multiple veterinarians since coming to them, and all have been easy to work with and very helpful. The techs and staff are also extremely kind and clearly care about our dogs’ well-being. They take care to make my dogs comfortable and happy, helping to ease their anxiety during appointments. Additionally, they have been willing to advise me over the phone when I’ve had acute concerns and are very responsive both over the phone and through email. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in the area!
