I utilize multiple pieces if equipment purchased from your company - Parata Pass 208 with two recently installed autocanisters and Parata Perl with an attached cut and roll machine. Technical support is an absolute nightmare! Parata helpline is on my speed dial abs not for a good reason. I’m constantly calling to have them fix an issue. They are incompetent when attempting to fix technical issues and create more problems when they remotely access the machines. The only good thing about this company is Frankie Q. from Florida. He was the only employee I’ve spoken to who was knowledgeable. Please see that he is promoted to properly train others. My boss pays good money for your equipment and related supplies. It’s time you return the favor by at the very least knowing how to resolve issues that surface so us pharmacies can focus on providing quality medication services to our patients. Thank you!

We purchased a Parata Pass 208 and like the machine. Sales rep and set up were great. Parata financial, however is horrible to deal with. They hadn't received a payment one month and I got harassing phone calls every day while on vacation in San Francisco. I told the rep/bulldog, I would check on it when I got home in 5 days. He keep calling, saying you didn't really send the payment did you? They cut off our ability to order supplies for the machine so we couldn't take care of our accounts properly back home. And all this was over 1 late payment, we were not 6 months behind. Fortunately, I had money set aside that we were going to use to expand our pharmacy and I just paid the whole $167,000 off. Then they called and wanted the interest for the full 5 years on the loan. There was not a prepayment penalty clause- just blood suckers, hoping I'd play along with them. Good machine but get your own financing!!!!

Worst company. Unethical management. Phenomenal politics. Lots of layoffs. Bad customer engagement. Stay away!!!
