Their customer service is absolutely atrocious. I was given a defective product and I was told I had to pay for shipping. To send it back and they didn't even have the item anymore. Their stuff is cute but they don't stand behind anything.

Total waste of time. I went in person specifically to try on brands I had never worn. December 2022 and fitting rooms aren’t open. You might as well be an online-only store.

Just dropped by on a whim after seeing some Yeti stuff in the window. But was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff. The Koozie I got works great and was not too different in price than what I have seen online
