I’d give it zero stars if I could, terrible staff that doesn’t want to help with anything, rude and will go out of there way not to help you or do their job. Go somewhere else.

All you get here is attitude. I just wanted to use a scan tool to read codes on my car. The guy working here gave me nothing but a hard time about not loaning that tool out. Then, when I told him my car was in the first spot next to the building and asked him to scan my car the jerk manager, Tank, didn't even respond. When he finally came out of the store ten minutes later he was so rude and still refused to scan my car. I used to like O'reilly's. Not any more!

It's the people that work there that make the difference!They do there jobs and try to be helpful and that's nice to see in 2023 where customer service is hard to find.

They don't deserve I star. Horrible customer service and RUDE especially the new manager, Brandon! We used to be regular customers but will definitely be taking our business elsewhere!

This very well might be the greatest store of all time. I was helped out of a ridiculously stressful situation by the manager Jason, Brandon and last but not least the amazing Lena. Two separate days, two separate visits and now our family is rolling and safe on the road! 5 star experience 10/10 would recommend! #oreilysoverall

The very friendly woman at the counter helped me with installing the cabin air filter on my Chevy Volt today. She was extremely helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable. I wish I had gotten her name to give her direct thanks on here.

They seem to struggle with honoring their oil/filter combo deals. 2nd time in a row I was overcharged.I pointed it out to be corrected and he still didn't quite get the price right. I'm not one to argue in public over $2-3, so I paid and left. Likely for the last time.
