According to the very rude and unhappy emails I got, Kahli shapiro owns this place. Their order form for custom cakes says that they love a creative challenge so I gave a lot of detailed information and let them pick. I love my dog and sent them cute pics just because I will share them with anyone.Without clarifying this owner made a lot of assumptions and when I said that I think they could do more than just draw one orange ball on a $40 cake and told her that my dog is the most important thing in my life, Ms Shapiro very rudely canceled my order without even trying to talk to me. Literally all I did was suggest a little more she could do and tell her how much I love my dog. There wasn't a demand or a rude word in my email unlike her.I wouldn't want whatever nasty vibe she puts in her food to go into my dog's body anyway but this business is something else. Literally they will punish you for loving your dog and holding them to their own words. If you can't take the heat get out of the kitchen. She didn't even have the decency to call me to clarify. This place is not worth it. I hope that the owner eventually finds something that she loves because it's clearly not adored pets. She has a terrible, arrogant attitude.

This was the cutest pet shop! They had treats, home decor, toys, dog food. Basically anything you could imagine! I took my dog there to celebrate her first birthday, and we got her a pup friendly cupcake and a few new toys to spoil her. The people were very friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back!

Always able to get what I need and I like to support my local businesses. My dog is obsessed with their peanut butter baked treats. For his birthday he got a specialty dog baked cupcake! The staff is helpful and friendly.

I have known the owner for many many years and I have been a customers of hers for a long time . I have always been greeted with the upmost respect and treated like a human being . I love her so much and will forever be a customer of hers. Oliver’s collar will forever have a place in my and my dogs heart ❤️

I wish I could give no stars. Went in to make purchases for my two pups. Was not greeted at all by the person working. Not even asked if we needed help looking for anything. As we left, a Caucasian female entered and was greeted immediately. This blatant disrespect was obvious. You lost what could have been a regular customer over your implicit bias.Yes. Really. Your employee looked me in my face and said NOTHING. The time I spent in this store NOTHING WAS SAID. I was watched but not one word uttered. As an owner who has a "rainbow of customers," this is not the type of response that would encourage me to return. I'll pray for your success but no thank you.Maybe your perception of your own employees is the issue here. How is it that there is a refusal to accept that a customer was not greeted by but easier for you to assume that my perception was the issue? As a minority I would anticipate that cultural sensitivity and humility would be present here. Be blessed.Respectfully, Dr. C.

I worked here for a year and a half. I gave my time and commitment to the owner, both as an employee and a friend. My mother died and I took 4 days off. I came back to 3 reviews calling our employees racist. The response from the owner was insensitive and questionable. As a person of color and the manager of the store I was dumbfounded and hurt. I approached the owner and was told I was “emotionally compromised” and not thinking straight. As my concerns were not being taking seriously I tried to give two weeks notice and walk away on good terms. This turned into a reaction of expletives and anger from the owner. Heartbroken

I like the idea of an independent store that specifically tailors its merchandize to pets (dogs, cats), and I would gladly support such a retail store. However, I have been to this store a number of times, I am NEVER greeted, rarely thanked, and the manager seems to not care about clients. I work in customer service, and I know that customers need to a.) be greeted as soon as they enter the store, b.) be asked "What can I help you find today for your dog (or cat)?" c.) customer needs to be told "Come back and visit us soon" and "THANK YOU!" For the record: I was the only customer in the store at the time. That said, they've got great products.

Love this pet store. Selection is awesome ... from food, clothing, grooming..everything you would need for your pet. In addition, the service is so good.

The most wonderful birthday cake for our dog! Absolutely loved it! They did an amazing job with a Dino/baseball theme! The dogs thought it was delicious!
