I read several negative reviews about this location and decided not to go there. It turned out that we had to go anyway to do an Amazon return. Xavier was very helpful and had a great customer service attitude. We had some problems with our return and Xavier was patient while we worked through our issues. Don't know about the rest of the store, but Xavier is definitely a five star employee.

This Office Depot location’s Dana provided the very best customer service. I am recovering from a surgery and using arm crutches, and she was so patient. She offered to go look for the product that I needed, but I said that I was happy to walk with her. She didn’t rush me, and when she looked up the product number and discovered that it was “for delivery” only, she took the time to order it to be delivered to my house. She was very personable and offered the best service!

Horrible service. I paid and the guy didnt even offer a bag.
I asked if I someone could help me print a logo in 2 sizes and the guy told me to do it myself while he was taking a personal phone call. What a joke. Please hire better workers. Not coming back.

Drove over thirty miles one way to pick up toner that showed in stock on the website. Couldn't locate the item so I asked an associate for help. He plugged the item number into his palm pilot only for it to show that it's a delivery only item. So I showed him my phone, the fact that I had the correct store selected and that it showed in stock. When I asked why that is, his response. "That's just the way it is." Not cool Office Decepto. I'm also pretty sure this falls under the false advertising statute. Thanks for nothing. My attorney will be in touch.
