“So I dropped the ball and almost forgot my anniversary and when I remembered I made it to the garden center as they were locking up. Ryan saw the urgency on my face I think and opened the door for me and when I told him it was my anniversary he helped me find a gorgeous azaleas tree to give to my love. “I've gone here a few times before and had great experiences, but this last one takes the cake.
I was interested in purchasing a grill, but I couldn't find any in-box (not pre-built) for the specific model I was looking for. I asked an associate, Barry, if he knew if there were any still in-box in stock. The two of us went on a hunt, as some of the designated locations in his system didn't have anything on the shelf.
After what was probably 10 minutes of him just helping me out, we finally found the last in-box grill on the top of a shelf. He used the mechanical lift to get it himself and when we brought it over to checkout, he made sure a discount was applied to it due to our adventure to find it.
Turns out, Barry didn't even work in that area. He was part of plumbing, but took the time to make sure I found what I needed.

I was hoping that I would get someone that was helpful, and I did! I explained to Ab what the issue was and what I needed and she was BEYOND helpful! I Greatly appreciated her assistance and how courteous she was.”
