The BEST auto repair shop in the entire RDU area. Despite the run around my insurance company gave them, Northgate Auto gave me the most professional, patient, extremely fast, and thorough service after having my car broken into and almost stolen. Jeff, Kelly, and Blake are the best!! Definitely get your repairs done here. 10/10

Great customer service. Fast turnaround time. I had my car back in 24 hours for repairs to the horn, lower control arms and brake replacement. They quickly diagnosed my issues, communicated clearly and got me ready to hit the road.
Fast, friendly and affordable ,what more can you ask for in a local shop?

Thus place is the best.i trust them.im a guy that works on his own cars and this is the first time I ever had to take my car in.they are fast an they told me the problem. They knew i work on cars.they only had my car for only a few hours.And the price was super cool with me.They did good with me.I need to have my other car inspected so they got my business.

I had my car inspected here and the service was wonderful. Kelly at the front desk was so friendly and delightful. She also gave my son a stuffed bear, which they keep on hand for the small children who come in.

I had a great experience with Northgate Auto Service when I needed help getting my car back on the road. They were kind enough to store my vehicle for a week until the parts arrived, and they kept me updated throughout the process.
