Dr. Mithani and his staff have been outstanding. I had a previous surgeon to refer me (at my request )to him after major ORIF distal humerus surgery that resulted in major issues. Dr. Mithani got me scheduled immediately the next week after he called. Had it not been for him and other surgeon I would not have the use of my hand and even though limited, ROM of elbow that I now have. Such a caring physician and listens to his patients. If I could give 10 stars I would! Wonderful care since my surgery (Dec. 2, 2020) with him following a previous surgery previously 6 months prior by a local surgeon in my area. Highly recommend him and his staff!

Do not waste your time here. I was incredibly disappointed with Dr Parekh’s team. For a Duke Clinic, there is an extreme lack of professionalism and transparency. There is very little communication or follow up .

I was basically shrugged off. Came in for pain in my calf and thigh. They took xrays, but was told by my doctor basically that I'm too fat for them to help. Couldn't even get a brace because he said my leg is too big? Never been so offended by a medical practice. I expected much more from this place, which is why I made the 40 minute drive. Disappointing.

I was seen by Dr. Hallows after intake with Jacob. They are so gracious and quick. I didn’t have to wait any time at all to see the doctor. I will definitely make this my preferred orthopedic clinic.

I wish they gave option for 10 stars. Dr. Klifto and his nurse assistant has always been stellar and have seen me and my son both. I wish my brother could come to NC from Florida to have his surgery don here with him.

Dr.Dellero is an amazing doctor and I would have recommend him to anybody that's having issues with anything from back issues to shoulder or need issues he's amazing and I absolutely love the way they treat their patients!!!!

i had 2 hips replaced by Dr. Scott S. Kelley this year after they began deteriorate. He did the work in the middle of the Covid mess, so April & June & they are doing sooooo well now in November. I can walk again. I have developed a sciatica for which I have see Dr. Tawney at the same clinic and am going through physical therapy at the same clinic. All stop shopping for those of us with messed up bones! LOL The doctors are professional, good listeners, know their specialty, & are fantastic about letting you know they are serious about your procedure and the healing thereafter. Their staffs, Emily, Adrian, & right hand guy, Jamey Messersmith for Dr. Kelley & Malinda for Dr. Tawney are kind, informative, & efficient. No fear here, just great work! Thanks to all! Q

As soon as we walked in to check in with no one else in front of me, the lady at the counter told me in a rude voice, "stand over there (about 3 feet away)" I looked at her a little shocked by the tone of voice and then stood at the spot she said. She then said rudely, "We have a procedure here". I said, "and I'm trying to follow your procedure". She said "calm down". I said, "I'm calm". I then said, "You don't seem calm". She said, "I am very calm." This was by far the rudest treatment ever going to a doctor's appointment in my 53 years of living so I'm putting this here so you can be prepared to be treated this way by Kim when you walk in if you decide to come to this facility. It's a shame to have workers that don't know how to be nice and cordial in any way when you have such a great doctor like Dr. Klifko who I would have given 5 stars otherwise. Something really needs to be done about the gatekeeper though that thinks rudeness is a virtue..

I wish I could give Dr. Klifko’s office more stars but until they root out the unnecessarily rude behaviour of the screening person at the door (Kim?). It was confusing to know where to check in and the lady berated me repeatedly. I will say that Dr. Klifko is an outstanding doctor and deserves better representation. I came very close to the first time ever walking out of an appointment except that it was an urgent need.

Dr Hallows..."Not sure what your severe pain is about. Sorry I can't help you. Call back in 6 months if it still bothers you. Bye"..... This was said to my face. I went in in pain and after a number of months I had to use a rollator. Since he THOUGHT?? I wasn't a surgery candidate he was not interested. Refused referrals to another doc that might figure out the issue just a "byeeeeee". Update: it was a necessary hip replacement as I originally thought. I sure hope this dude doesn't have a mother a wife or a child. He'd kill them. L**** l****

Another successful experience with Dr Kelley and his crew. Replaced my hip this week. The entire experience was professional, efficient, and reassuring. The entire staff is AWESOME!!!
