Prince did a great job on my truck. My dog decided not to wait to get home to do his business, so we had a nasty, smelly mess on our hands. I called Prince, he quoted me within 20 seconds, and was out the next day to take care of it. He was professional, shook my hand, did a phenomenal job, and did not go above the quoted price. Thanks, man! I'll be referring you and using your service again in the future

We signed up for an EventBrite event which was cancelled. Money was promised to be refunded, never refunded. My son tried to get the money refunded immediately and he never did. I called and he said he would but no effort was made. DO NOT sign up for one of these events or he will steal your money too. My son has called you and you told him a month ago that you were refunding it. So have you refunded it? Can you confirm that?

Prince showed my car some much needed love after sitting in storage under some trees throughout COVID. I'm embarrassed to share that I gave him a car that had mildew and mold all inside caused by a neglected sunroof leak. Prince? Naw, more like a King. He came to my house to pick up the car, worked his magic and returned a car that looked brand new. This was not an easy job and Prince delivered - removed all the sap, cleaned all the nasty door jams, removed scratches and waxed the exterior, polished the headlights and cleaned out the engine compartment, steamed and shampooed the carpets and seats, even did a fog treatment to take care of any lingering mildew. He's professional, communicates timely, and did a quality job. I've got him lined up to do my next two cars.Services: Full body wash

Please confirm your account to post your review 12/12/2019 warning stay away.... mr. ty princess is a total scam... i met this guy on youtube he was promoting he does websites, i contacted him about a website i done. mr. princess was nice at first we went over what kind of website i wanted gave him examples, and then he wanted the whole price of the website upfront without doing anything. he showed showed me examples of sites he did which were only wix websites. so i asked him is he expert at wordpress he stated yes he is, which coming to find out was a big lie. so i ended up trusting him thinking he was legit because of youtube... days later i sent half the money upfront $200 for the site and he took 4 days to start and when he did he couldnt even upload my wordpress zip file of my wordpress website to the platform i had to pay someone else to do it which was the second red flag. mr.princess was asked is this job to big for him he then lied again and said no i can do it. he only was able to change words on the site nothing i could'nt do myself. so i stated to him you have be the end of the day to show progress and never did anything else very unprofessional guy poor guy hes a bum makes his own people look stupid. so i called him that night and said sir stop what your doing i have someone to finish and refund my money he said ok and good night which was unprofessional because every day he would call me trying to be my friend and calling me drunk and on drugs at 12 at night talking about his problems which bothered me. i called me the next day sir when are you going to send the money he said i dont give refunds i said you havent done anything that we said... well i dont give refunds, i said so your not refunding money you never did work for ???? he said i dont owe no one anything sounding like a scam artist . i believe because i told him i have a professional to do the work he got jealous and didnt wanna give me back my money. hes made threats and told me that he will send the money in 30 days which is bs i sent it to him the same day now you cant send it back sounds like a scammer to me. stay far away from him there's other people that will do what they say not to get your money and run. i feel bad for his kids they have a scammer/ drug addict for a dad to look up to. beast mode detailing a.k.a ty princess a.k.a ill steal your money a.k.a i cant build a wordpress a.k.a mr. jealous a.k.a send you your money in 30 days a.k.a making the detailing industry look shady a.k.a my wife about to leave me for another man

Specifically asked about shampooing floor mats and carpet in car as coffee had been spilled, was told absolutely shampooing was part of the detailing service. The following day after the chemical smell faded, my car still smells like coffee. I had to wipe down all interior surfaces as there were streaks and spray splashes all over my leather. Though the gentleman was very nice I still have a coffee smell in my car and I had to go back through and touch up the leather and interior from not completely wiping down surfaces. Disappointing as I don't believe shampooing tools were used to clean carpets and that was my main concern.

My experience was much like others here. The first appointment I set up got lost in their system so I had to reschedule. The second, scheduled for 9-12 in the morning seemed like it was going to be ok. I got the expected text, I responded to confirm. Then I got a phone call asking if I had an outdoor outlet. When I said no, the guy said he didn't have a generator, so he was going to have to call dispatch and have someone else come out to clean my car. Why couldn't they have asked me this on any of my first contacts? Anyway, my 9-12 appointment didn't happen until 2:15. The guys who came to clean my car were very nice and spent about 2 hours working (a Mazda MX-5 that wasn't in too bad a shape). When they were done, the car looked pretty good from a distance, but they weren't extremely thorough. There were still cat foot prints on the roof when they were done. The carpets under the seats still had sand/dirt/tiny rocks visible. This was a good carwash, but I wouldn't really call it a detailing. I'd say that the price is reasonable if you get it from LivingSocial, Groupon, or other significant discount, but full price way too much. The convenience of them coming to your car is nice, but it is somewhat offset by the difficulty in scheduling. I am also turned off by the fact that the guy I spoke to on the phone told me that they expected a tip of at least $20. If you have an expected gratuity, just raise the price by that much.

Wow, talk about bad customer service. Can't remark on quality of detail, since I cancelled. Bought a Groupon for a mobile detail package. I'll admit, I waited too long to set up the appointment, but I did call a couple weeks before the groupon expired. I was told I needed to email to set up an appointment. Awkward, but ok. I email them to set up the appt. and specifically stated the expiration date. They listd available dates after the exp with no mention of a problem.(I've used expired groupons before, as long as I set up the appt in time they honor it, because vendor gets paid the same amount no matter what) Within a few hours, I reply with the date/time I want, but oops, no, that time is no longer available. I'm not available for their suggested time, so I'm then given another set of dates/times to choose from, a week after the first set. I schedule the appt. and am informed I will get a text the morning of the appt. If I don't respond to confirm, they won't come. So all looks good, they arrive, but tech needs to verify groupon. I call the office but they won't accept the groupon as is, even though I scheduled before the exp date. But if I cancel appt. and get a groupon refund, I have to pay a $35 cancellation fee. Guy on phone was a jerk and said it was my fault for calling late. I said (and groupon agreed) that since I called before exp. it was ok. When they knowingly scheduled the appt after the exp and didn't tell me there'd be a problem, it became their fault. Don't understand his problem. They would have received the value of the groupon no matter what, but wanted to charge me the extra to cover the full price. If they had told me they wouldn't honor the groupon, I wouldn't have scheduled and would have resolved through groupon. Instead, they handled it poorly. Guy told me to lose their number. Not a problem. Would never call them again, and highly recommend you don't either.

I scheduled to get the FULL Detail package. Scheduling was easy and they showed up on time. It only took them 1 hour to do a FULL DETAIL which should tell you how well they did. The windows were all streaky, you could see where they missed waxing my car, and they did not clean under the door handles. Had I paid full price I would be extremely disappointed.

Pros: Don't know yet. Still trying to figure out. Cons: Read review in entirety below. Four door sedan of the German persuasion. First off, scheduling is a major PIA. You have to keep calling untill there is an answer from one of the numbers listed on the website. I waited for my initial message to be acknowledged for 4 days, and then I started calling repeatedly. With even the slightest hint of rain, the appointment is canceled via text, without any other acknowledgement or call etc. In my case, the work can be performed in my garage, unless there's a constant downpour. Then, obviously it owuld be rescheduled, but this is NC. May - Sep the forecast is "30% chance of afternoon thunderstorms". How about a contingency plan? I wanted to try them out with a Living Social Coupon for a FULL DETAIL. What I got was a glorified hand car wash. And not a good one either. I could do a better job myself, if i had an hour to spend washing my car. I used to always clean my own cars and motorcycles when I had the time, so I know what that process involves. One thing for sure is that this is NOT a FULL DETAIL. It's nowhere even close to a detail. Dusting the vents with blown air does not qualify as a detail. Simply hand washing or vacuming the trunk doesn't either. The "tech" did spend about 90 minutes working on the car but did a very poor job. There was visible dirt left in the joints of the carpet. The bug spots or the little black dots are all there. I understand that claying would definitely take care of that but a wash and wax would have atleast a 90% success rate. I can easily get rid of them with a finger nail, so why don't they go away with an polisher/buffer? The insides of the door jambs were not dressed. The rubber seals have white residue on them. The tires were not dressed either. The guy didn't even know how to start the car. My wife had to do back it out of the garage. Seemed like a nice guy, but pretty unprofessional. Had I not noticed the key NOT in the ignition, and asked him for it he would've driven off with it! Also left a spray bottle right behind the car that I backed over. I tipped him since he DID work on the car for about 90 minutes, but I would've gotten better service, and on MY schedule had I gone two miles down the road to the carwash and spent $40 - including the tip. This is definitely not as advertised. Not even worth the LS coupon... or any coupon.

I learned about Prince Mobile Detailing through an offer on Living Social. Considering my car was in desperate need of attention, I ordered it, thinking that $70 for a full car detail was actually a pretty good steal. First off, scheduling with this company was terrible. I called, set up an appointment, but was stood up. No call, no text, no reason why they didn't show. When I called to complain, I got a half-hearted apology and an offer for a different date. The second date had to be rescheduled due to inclement weather (which I definitely understand, but it was still inconvenient). After all was said and done, it took three months for me to actually receive a visit for my detail. I would like to give props to the gentlemen who worked on my car - it's shiny and clean, and I'm hoping that it will stay that way for at least a while! They were quick, efficient, and very polite. I would never use this company again, though. On the Living Social deal, it says that it is a mobile detailing company that visits Durham, Raleigh, Chapel Hill, RTP, and Morrisville. There is a disclaimer that says distance rates apply (though it never says what the distance limit it), but who would think that some place ten miles away would require a fee? It ended up being a twenty-mile round trip from their business to my house (which is North Raleigh), and they charged an extra $35 for "convenience." My biggest anger with this is that the coupon is very misleading, as it says they visit surrounding areas. All in all, this ended up being much more expensive than I was willing to pay and I'm not certain that I am as impressed with the results for the amount I spent. 15-mile radius is inconvenient for a paying customer and the price you expect us to front to cover the gas is excessive.
