Downloaded Yelp and created an account just to write this...called different Autozones and Advance Auto Parts asking for a very specific kind of O-ring. Turns out the part was discontinued and no one offered any kind of solution or advice. I call this specific Napa and Zach picks up the phone- tells me he doesn't have the part but says I should come by and he can help me out. I show up and the guy spends 20 minutes researching stuff on google and finds an exact copy of what I'm looking for under a different part number. It was super super cool to have someone spend that much time just to try and find a solution for a customer who's buying a part that cost all of $4.95. If you're reading this; support this location and give them a visit- I'm willing to bet they'll treat you right.

Called in the morning for a simple order and was promised it would be in the store later in the afternoon the same day and it wasn't.... Representative took my number, confirmed where the part was, said he ordered it and reassured me it would be there on the 3pm shuttle. Called at 5pm no one had a clue what I was talking about. No order placed... No parts... No accountability.

Had the parts I needed and were very knowledgeable on the items I also needed to complete my repair which saved me a second trip back to the store and the prices were very competitive for quality product.
