Great customer service! I went to another Napa earlier today and they had closed before their actual closing time. Had to drive 25 mins to get to this store and was greeted warmly and helped immediately. Mike was great, told me how to proceed with cancelling my order at the other location and waited patiently while I made my online order for this location- I wanted to get my AAA discount. I’m always wary of going into car parts store as a woman, often encounter weird looks and treated differently, but I didn’t feel that at this store.

Bad sevice I have an a commercial account for 6 years we never have a problem before, but now I buy a part like 2 months ago and I go to the store for the warranty and they said, the part no have warranty and I say, if I buy a new one how long is the warranty? and they said take your money if you don like it, I'm still thinking what's wrong in the question, tthey can return the money but they do not give me the guarantee, I do not intend to return to buy anything bad service, the only good worker is raul but unfortunately I didn't talk to him it was with the "manager"
