I paid over $400.00 for a large piece of art to be framed. After three weeks and the due date arrived I was informed they did not have the piece done and nobody seems to know where it is. This was coming from the manager. Absolutely, the worst customer service. Definitely don’t use Michaels for framing go ANYWHERE else.

Went to the store twice to have framing work. Both times there was NO ONE in the framing department. The young lady at the front area was very rude when Iasked about the framers. I felt like I was interrupting her day as she sat there doing absolutely nothing. I will never go to this Michaels location again and I've been a loyal customer for 20 years. So sad.

It's Michael's. Always check for coupons on the app, expect delays in checkout.

Always shop here but today I witnessed a white manger/shift leader speak so foul to a POC employee over literally tearing some paper that was touching the floor out of a label printer and it was so sad as a customer to see that because if she is okay with doing that in front of customers I can only imagine how she treats employees out of sight of customers. Do better. It’s literally a retail job and never that serious to treat your employees poorly.

Better be wearing a heavy coat in this store. Went in as they had nice Gildan 100% Cotton T Shirts for$2.00. Great ! Could not stay long as the huge hvac vents were pumping out cold air in65f weather. "Corporate has control".

Stopped by for custom framing a poster and buying an additional frame. No hours for when the custom framing is open. Rang bell, no answer. Eventually I give up. At the checkout I asked the manager the hours - "Uh, usually 9 until the person feels like leaving" "Ok... Which days?" "Most of them" ?

I went to that store because I needed to buy some things because my son had to do a project but before they had it in better condition, now it is very dirty and the women's bathrooms were very dirty, they didn't have paper or soap to wash their hands, everything was very dirty.

I came in looking for sketch books and was not impressed. I also thought it was important to mention just how dirty the bathrooms are. Just by looking at the sheet, people are checking off the completed stuff and aren't actually cleaning it.

Went to Michaels today to pick up a custom framing order that I had already paid for and received a call the night before indicating it was completed and ready for pickup. I approached the custom framing department counter and rang the bell twice after seeing no one. Wait approximately three minutes and I walked to the front to see if someone could help there. After asking the front checkout associate if there is anyone in the department I am approached by the MOD. She tells me that she is very new and cannot help me to find my completed order after her three weeks in. I tell her that I've traveled there out of my way after work to obtain my paid-for custom framing order. I ask what other options there are to pickup the item today and the response is "come back another day." After three weeks any manager should have been given the full rundown on getting customers out the door including finding a custom framing order.I am adamant that I received a call confirming order was ready and there was no limitation indicated on the message lon the time I should pickup the purchased order. Brandon simply stated it was ready for pickup in his voicemail. The MOD's response is non-committal. So I ask about a store manager that can be called. She reaches out via her cell phone and she tells me it went voicemail to which she states that she is off the clock. My response is simply, "I've gone out of my way to pick this up today and want to exhaust every option." I ask for the store manager's phone number so I can call to understand why I cannot pickup an item I was told was ready and I've paid for. I'm told that she cannot give out personal cell phone numbers. I cannot explain my facial expression at this point. Stymied at every scenario to get my custom frame. Simply put I've been to this store one time previous to dropping off my order and saw the lack of staff to run a store.Additionally, there is no signage at the custom framing shop indicating that no one is available and I waste time waiting for someone to answer the bell at the desk then going to the front desk in an attempt to get help. So, Michaels, if you are going to run your stores short of staff put communications in place to assist customers in not wasting their time at your store. If Brandon had clued me into times that pickup from the custom frame counter was available I would not have wasted my time arriving at the time I was there. Thus at the end of the day I fully blame Michaels, and its management, in not putting steps in place to assist customers. I will not go through this again. I will visit again to pick up my item, but I will not have my time wasted like this again. I'll make sure when I purchase pictures / maps online that they are framed and mounted prior to delivery. I suggest the reader do the same!
