UPDATE! STILL DONT GO HERE!They returned my vehicle with engine over heating , they added coolant to it and told me it was good to drive. My jeep is now not able to be driven, and my coolant tank is sludge! They also alerted my insurance team lead of a fault code that would drain my battery which left me stranded as a woman, and they failed to tell me this or include it in their report to me, I was stranded in a dark parking lot 30 minutes from my Home!They installed the wrong parts on my vehicle and left my front bumper still hanging off. If I could give 0 stars I would, DO NOT GO HERE. This whole experience has been incredibly stressful working with this collision center.Front bumper piece is not secured, missing my interior door handle piece with a light.. for some odd reason on an exterior collision, and my felt covers for my struts are missing.Working with this center has been a full time job, they did not complete my car when promised, in fact they tried to turn it back to me with stability hazard light on and alignment off, when I turned around and showed Rodney, the estimator, that hazard lights were still on and the jeeps wheel was pointing in the opposite direction, indicating alignment off, he immediately says“Insurance isn’t going to cover that because it wasn’t apart of the accident” LOLSo I say, no man it’s not done, that was apart of the collision, he goes alright, we will take it and send it to the dealership for inspection, and I’ll update the insurance company for you as well as extend your rental and update you tomorrow. He did not. Enterprise called me telling me that they were charging me $50 per day for the rental and charged my card for $150, insurance company says they were notified repairs were done and no one was contacting me back, so my jeep was missing.I had to call the manager and I was ticked off and he said“Are you going to stop talking so I can talk?”0 empathy for the frustration…They had my car for an entire month and half, also called my insurance to talk about my struts and alignment and the insurance company denied it saying that the estimator told the adjuster that he doesn’t think my alignment being off and hazard lights on are because of the front end collision. I escalated it and they covered but called Rodney and he said“Oh wow, they approved it, they must’ve reviewed it and escalated it”No Rodney. I did. I advocated for myself and my vehicle that I take really well care of.I then had to call them every week about my parts and my rental coverage was running out, and Rodney said we were waiting on parts. I asked for the parts number, he did not provide but I went to my dealership and they shouted the parts they could get the next day. When I called Rodney back he said“Oh they have the parts in!It should be done by Monday”Monday comes around… no call, I call before they close and they say “oh yeah it’s been ready but they can’t deliver it today” Tuesday comes around, I am at work, my partner comes to get my rental, cause Rodney said my car should be ready and he will call.Again, 5 pm starts approaching and I call because they haven’t updated, and they call my partner to say it’s ready. He goes to pick it up,Engine overheating. He brings it back to the center and they’re telling my partner not to argue with them…The next day. Car won’t start, see that paint is chipping, grill is warped, felt covers missing from my struts, piece of my front bumper still hanging and not attached and that for some reason my interior door handle is missing the cover.Had to take it to my own dealership to get a diagnosis and replace the battery that they shot, costing me $600 and a vehicle with pieces missing or not doneThis is absolutely laughable how terrible this place has been.

They were horrible at communicating with me regarding the details of my vehicle repair. My husband had to call them to get updates. They rarely called us to let us know anything. They extended the work time on four different occasions. It took about a month to get my vehicle into their shop. After they took possession of the vehicle, it took exactly four weeks to fix. When we went to pick it up, it still had a huge dent in the side!!! The work was great after everything was finished (hence the three stars). The gentleman at the front desk was very rude. I mentioned all of the delays and how often my husband had to call for information. He rudely stated, “we’ve been short-staffed for the last couple of days,” and then he got up and left. He never apologized for the inconvenience. If being short-staffed was the reason for the lack of communication, lack of customer service, etc. for the past couple of days, what was their excuse for the problems in the three prior weeks??? Rodney Johns was the only exception here: he was friendly throughout the process and attempted to correct any issues we had along the way. My stepfather went with me on one occasion to pick up the vehicle and since it still had a dent in the side, my stepfather was quite rude. Rodney dealt very professionally with him. (Yes, I apologized for his behavior.)The work done on the vehicles here is average. Customer service was unsatisfactory (with the exception of Rodney). Communication was lacking throughout the entire process. We plan on going elsewhere for future repairs.

Rodney was great with customer service but the person who washes the cars after needs to be a lot more careful about how close they are putting the pressure washer wand.These wheels were immaculate before I dropped off the car and have been pressure washed many times before but the person who cleaned my car ruined the wrap on the wheels. Every single wheel was damaged. Be extremely careful going here, but honestly Rodney was such a great person to work with I decided to give 2 stars instead of 1. With a place that services this many vehicles, they should definitely be more careful will who they hire to clean after the fact

I had a car a car accident July 15th 2023 and my car sustained front end damage as well as the front windshield completely shattered! Immediately after the accident the next day I called my insurance company and set me up with this amazing shop which was close to my job and I took the car there and the customer service from the very beginning was Great and very informative as to keeping me updated on the repairs to my car which I loved and they did an amazing job on my car I definitely recommend this shop to any one ???keep up the good job!!! And thank you for getting my car back in great shape ???

If I could give 0 stars I certainly would. This is the most unprofessional service. DO NO EVER GO HERE. Car has been there for a month now and now I gotta pay out of pocket for the rental car. They said it would be done last week and then today and now nobody is answering. They keep dragging it out. I have not had a car for over a month now. Any other shop would get this done in a week or two. Read other reviews and BEWARE!

I've never dealt with a company like this in my life. We hit a deer on October 8 and now, eight weeks later, we still do not have our car. This place rarely answers the phone, they don't return our calls when we leave voicemails, and they will give us no timeframe of when we'll have our vehicle back.The most upsetting part is that we have spent hundreds of dollars on a rental car; we are now out of money and have no way to get to work. They didn't even provide us with an estimate until three weeks after our car was towed there! It just sat on their lot.We've lost sleep over this and still have no idea when it will be resolved; even our insurance company said they've never seen anything like this. We can't express how frustrated and angry we are.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, NO MATTER WHAT!

GPS even with Google Maps takes u to a back gravel road with no access outlet or signs. Even if u do end up finding the location there is no clear signage of what you are supposed to do to get a vehicle in for estimate and repair.

Stephany and Rachel at the front desk were very professional and friendly and helped out a lot! But crucially Mike Walker, wow, I dont even know where to begin, Mike was extremely friendly and helpful and put me at ease with my repair and the entire situation. Despite calling several times Mike and the front desk team were responsive and respectful. Cant say enough

DO NOT GO HERE. if i could put a zero star i would . My experience at Michael Jordan Collision Center was horrible. I came to get my car repaired after my car accident. The receptionist was very nice and she helped me through the process until Nick was helping me. I expressed to him that this was my only vehicle i have meaning i needed an estimated date when my vehicle was going to be done. I had to chase him around and call him just to get updates on my vehicle . He didn’t know much and kept giving me dates that he promised and then goes ghost on me. I didn’t care how long it took honestly but he would never give me updates on my vehicle and kept having to chase him. He’s very unprofessional and I will never come back to this place again.Service: Painting

Really great collision center. I felt they were very thorough with their evaluation. Caliber spent 5 mins on their quote while MJ removed the bumper and really examined the frame.

Most dangerous driver I've seen in ages today in a Michael Jordan Collision Center pickup. Swerving over left and right lines on I-40, almost rear ending cars in front multiple times. Several drivers, including myself, had to do evasive maneuvers. Driver of the pickup was fiddling with some large dash part instead of looking at road. It was bad. Collision Center employee almost causing several collisions. Heavy speeding, too.Then when the interstate narrowed by one lane, pickup driver raced other drivers needing to merge, blew horn, and flipped them off. Not a good look in a company vehicle.

I brought my vehicle in after being involved in a crash and have been extremely pleased with the quality and service at Michael Jordan Collision Center in Durham, NC. The customer service was outstanding and very attentive to my situation and needs. Rachel Hunt, Office Manager; Mike Bevan, Collision Center Estimator; and Tyler Blackwell, PaintSpecialist certainly understand the meaning of customer service and support as they went above and beyond the standards to assist and assure me during the entire process.
