I called to inquire about the promotions. They offered me the most expensive plan and clearly stated that it was the only option, even though the website listed three options.

My wife came to this store because I was in accident and had lost my phone which I had for nearly two years so I was due for an upgrade. The agent told her she would have to pay $100 extra for me to keep the same number or I would have to get a new number which was ridiculous to me but my family and important business contacts had that number so I had to pay the extra $100. When I got the phone I realized he phone only had the cable and no connector to plug in the wall socket she went back and was charged for that also. I decided to speak to a manager Everytime I called I was told by this one guy the manager was out and the guy kept asking what was my issue I told him i would rather speak to the manager so on my third or forth call he answered the phone again and said he was now the new manager and he was just promoted!!! I ask all good customers to read this review and that Metro PC get fair and honest people to represent there brand!!

So there was some confusion about my payment as a new customer. So for that I'd like to apologize. Staff was very friendly on the day I opened the account and was very informative when I was trying to figure out my bill. For that I am thankful and very happy to be part of the Metro PCS family.

CSR didn’t speak English. My Spanish isn’t good enough to discuss my phone plan/upgrades/eligibility/insurance/ etc. Your phone’s insurance will not be acknowledged at the store. You have to go through a third party mailing system after an extremely annoying process with a deductible fee of $60 for each claim. So if you go in with a broken phone, they will not replace it, even having paid insurance in my phone for 2 years. Even though I was eligible for an “upgrade”, the “lowest cost” of eligible upgrade was $110. With no offer of a trade in. I feel like the language barrier cost me money. But, if I came in switching from a different phone company, I’d get a free phone and it’d be only $25/month??What’s the point of paying $10/month for insurance for 2 years - $240 + a $60 deductible fee ($300) for a phone I paid for in full outright initially?

I just switched from cricket and I'm very happy with my new phone! The young lady who assisted me was karime. She went above and BEYOND to make sure i left happy. She helped transfer information from my old phone so i wouldn't lose my contacts or pictures. Thank you again karime , YOU ARE A GEM!

Screaming Karime IS THE BEST !!!! I always leave with my questioned answered thoroughly and with solutions!!! She a great multitasking! I've seen Karime juggling 3 to 4 customers at once and not once could you feel tension in the lobby. No one felt like they weren't be taking care , cause she's that good! Prasie to Karime for her 5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
