They have hidden and unwanted charges. I told him I didn’t want the bundle but he did it anyways. Told me he didn’t charge me, but I saw extra charges broken up over 6 months. And they didn’t even have the glass protector they charged me for. Count your days before I can switch the new phone I just bought

Horrible experience they won't transfer all the data from your old phone too the new one with just your number or pin definitely switch too Verizon, cricket, apple, the prices are ridiculous

Based on my experience, f you want to be overcharged by slick-talking salesmen this is the place. I was charged $50 for a free phone, $16 for insurance I didn't want and signed up for a $65 plan. I was told this is what I had to have. The same day I called customer service and they downgraded my plan to $60, the insurance was canceled (only $10 of the $16 was applied..what happened to the other $6? the store got it. During my call to Customer service, the representative says I shouldn't have been charged for the free phone. I returned to the store to complain about the overcharge and was given double talk by another salesperson. I've since contacted my bank to dispute the $71, ($50 for phone, $16 for insurance, and $5 back for my downgraded plan. I would NEVER recommend going here!

My experience with opening a business account and getting my first iPhone was dope! Bryant was knowledgeable and very helpful with giving me a great understanding of various products, their features, and the many types of plans T Mobile offers. I also recognized that his coworker that evening was extremely helpful with assisting myself and others as they entered the store. I am now talking to my wife and going to do an upgrade today.

Awful experience. On their site it said that my phone is compatible and it ended up not being compatible!! After I bought a new phone and signed up for a plan, they added a service fee that I didn't ask for, rising my bill for 10 dollars. Going to another provider, goodbye

The staff here is very unfriendly. He even tries to charge a fee for switch phones for the same sim card. I would not suggest to come here at all.
