They sold my friend a new phone, but failed to tell her the cube to the charger was extra so we ended up going back 3 times. But, the people were very nice.

If I could give it 0 stars I would . The “manager” stated regardless of the phone being free plus the plan and activation being less than $100 I had to purchase a bundle package that included a case and screen protector for $235. When I asked him where the other charges came from and why he did not provide an answer just said “ I need you to pay $235 for the FREE phone “. Then went on to say he could bring it down to $210 just for me. I went to the other metro pcs 8 mins down the road and was able to swap services and get the iPhone , plan and activation for $81. This guy is money hungry and trying to rip people off. DO NOT COME HERE!

I went out of my way to come to this store based on reviews. I was not disappointed. Ahmed was very knowledgeable and helped me get a better deal than what I was looking for. I recommend.
