“This store is by far the BEST buckle store in all NC .. I shop here at least twice a month . There is one person who works there Amber is her name who always knows what I want and what I need ! “I was getting incredibly frustrated with finding a decent pair of jeans and after trying a few stores at the mall, I was about to give up! I decided to give Lucky Brand a try before I went home and I’m glad I did. Dionne welcomed me into the store right away and offered to help me find what I was looking for. She was very friendly, inviting, and knew what she was doing. The process of trying on jeans can be overwhelming, but it wasn’t here. It was easy and fun! I highly recommend shopping here, especially when Dionne is working. I will be back.”

“I mostly go here to drop off Amazon returns. I do like the old fashioned department store experience from an aesthetic standpoint but for some reason this Kohl's makes me a little claustrophobic. also if it's not on sale or you don't have a coupon you're going to pay more for it here. check out the prices of the oxo good grips utensils, I think the pizza cutter was like $20, the same one they sell at Harris Teeter for $12-13. and prices for kitchen / cooking stuff at Harris Teeter have always been on the high side.”
“My family and I had a wonderful experience at this location. The staff was wonderful- we were aware they were available to help us if needed but were allowed to browse without pressure. We got the impression the staff enjoyed working there but even more they appreciated us as customers. We had made purchases a few months ago at another location but did not receive nearly the same level of service. If you need men’s quality clothes do not hesitate to visit this location. The service is incredible.”

“Awesome store, very friendly and helpful staff !We spent easily almost 2 hours the first time buying clothes for my wife and grandkids ??Then we went to the Food court inside the Mall, to have some dinner, delicious Indian food.And we went back out to the GAP, to buy more clothing for our daughter’s family for at least another one hour and a half.And all that time, they let me sit on(@) one of their display tables since I’m struggling with my back pain.The gentlemen, like Chris and Tay(or Té) and then another one whom I don’t want to butcher his Nigerian name , these guys were all very attentive and entertaining!Errol”

“We were at Southpoint Mall yesterday after traveling from Virginia to have my daughter seen by her doctor at Duke. We used to live in the area and my daughters miss Urban Outfitters so we always stop in when we travel to Durham. While we were shopping a storm was brewing outside, we checked out and went to leave the store. While debating whether to try to make it to the car before the rain or go back into the store, the biggest bolt of lightning struck what seemed like feet away from us. (Now that I’m calmed down and less terrified, I’m thinking it struck the metal rod sticking out of the Cheesecake Factory. ?) We ran back into UO like lunatics. My 8 year old was absolutely terrified, shaking, and hyperventilating. I wish I had gotten her name but a blonde employee with the coolest outfit and the kindest smile came over and asked if my daughter wanted a cup of water to calm down. She checked on us often during the hour we were waiting for the storm to pass and her kindness was so genuine and appreciated. I made mad dash to our car once the rain lightened up and my girls ran to the car so I didn’t have a chance to thank her. Urban Outfitters is our favorite store and we especially love the one at Southpoint. If you are ever going to get nearly fried by a lightning bolt, UO at Southpoint is the place to do it. To the pretty blonde with the warm smile and excellent fashion sense, thank you for your kindness yesterday.”
“Absolutely amazing service from the staff at this store. Kaitlyn was amazing. She helped me and my brother create an account in store so we were able to get a better deal on the clothes we were buying! and even though the store didn’t have the size we needed she ordered it online for us to get shipped to our house! She was awesome, super thoughtful, and thorough with the answers to any questions you may have! I definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for some comfy clothes and make sure to tell Kaitlyn she’s the best if she checks you out!”

“My wedding party has been to four Joseph A Banks locations in the past two months ordering custom suits. Chase provided by far the most professional experience when we came for alterations. There were issues with the measurements for a suit and he was able to address the problems, he gave realistic suggestions/feedback, and provided an overall excellent service. We're all looking forward to coming back and picking up our suits.”
