OK, they were out of stock for the item I needed.
I have always found the help to be knowledgeable, understanding and interested in helping me with particular medical issue problems.
It's important to remember that anything that is a Medical personal item that is worn next to the skin is not returnable to any agency. I'm always careful not to buy anything that doesn't exactly fit.

They measured my legs and ankles then sold me compression socks that would in no way, go on over my foot. Even after I attempted to stretch them for 2 weeks or more. Then sent me away with no refund or exchange. Next and most recent I thought I would give them the benefit of doubt and purchased two identical and adjustable compression leg wraps ($100+ a piece). They were not. I again asked for an exchange or refund, same answer... NO. Do your research, I didn't and it cost me dearly.

Brenda helped my elderly family member with compression hose and taught us how to don the stockings. She was super patient, knowledgeable and kind. She is an example of what extraordinary customer service looks like. We had a great experience!

Very unhelpful clerks. They told me I couldn’t buy the brand of compression stockings my PT recommended because my measurements didn’t fit any column exactly. When I asked what they did in such a situation, they had no options except a different brand. When I asked to see the measurements they had done, I was told I couldn’t see them.Went to Gurley’s instead and got fitted by someone who was more competent. I discussed this interaction with my PT, and she couldn’t figure out what the clerk’s problem was. I suggested that she not recommend the Superstore to any more of her patients.

super friendly staff, came quickly to fix my chair. Fixed it and didn't charge an arm and a leg, just the best experience. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

If you are looking for it they have it or will get it! They also repair all powered and push mobility items and are the most reasonable place around!!! I recommend you check here before ordering from anywhere else!

We stopped here on way home from orthopedics department at Duke to get a couple of items recommended by the doctor. The saleswoman couldn't have been nicer, more helpful or more knowledgeable!! Walking is hard for me so we especially appreciated her leading us directly to the "knee" section to avoid unnecessary walking(= pain).Prices were lower than expected and we were able to easily use our insurance rewards card.I highly recommend this wonderful store!

First time I went to this place today. I looked up the name on the Google search. I was extremely satisfied and gratified that the store turned out to be much more than I expected. The entrance looks really small but once you are inside it is a huge collection of items which you may need any for health issues. The person who helped me, Brenda , was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs any medical supplies or surgical supplies at any time. Please go there. Thank you.

This place is great! I needed a knee compression sleeve and the staff sat with me and helped the right one and the right size. I can't recommend them too highly!
