Called the MF store closest to the community and got Paul - a real person working in the store. He took excellent care of us. Picked the right products, arranged delivery synchronized with our move schedule, and made sure we got current sales pricing. Thanks Paul & Mattress Firm! Order follow-up has been quick and accurate. “I have been a Casper sleeper for almost a year now and I’m horrified I didn’t switch sooner! The team at this store have went above and beyond for me especially Cory. With so many options between mattress’s, pillows and even finishing touches like sheets and pillow cases! Cory even helped me discover that the pillow shams fit the cooling pillows better than the regular pillow cases (pro tip if you hate loose fitting finishes).

“My interaction with Original Mattress Factory staff in Durham and Raleigh was exceptional, from my first conversation with Connor the sales rep manager (who didn't behave at all like a "sales rep"), to Jordan the measurer, to Nick the manager, to Greg (Gary?), the first delivery person -- all were personable, authentic, kind professional.
The person who built my mattress was actually the same person who delivered it!
I'm in the midst of a never-ending home renovation, during which I've had so many frustrating customer service experiences, the personalities and service orientation of OFM was refreshingly unusual.
I never once talked to a recorded machine. They answer the phone. They return calls. They have a sense of humor.
There was miscommunication about the customized size of my mattress and box spring. OFM made it right and did so with neither defensiveness of themselves nor blame of me.
It was a beautiful thing for me. And I'm now sleeping comfortably in my grandparents' oddly-sized antique bed.
I almost want to buy another mattress from OMF just so I can interact with them again.”
