I was in need of 2 mattresses to be delivered to my new apt OOT. I called my local store and spoke with Don. He was very friendly and helpful. He answered my questions about delivery and then asked me questions about the type and size of mattress I was looking for, how I sleep, my price range, etc. Don then made a couple of recommendations, and gave me info to research the mattresses online.When I visited the store, I met with Paul. He was very honest and patient while answering my many questions. He suggested mattresses to me, allowed me to lie down on 10+ mattresses, discussed the pros and cons of each product, and helped me to make decisions. I spent almost 3 hours with Paul! I spent way more money than I had planned to, but feel good about my choices. I am excited to sleep on my new luxurious mattress!The only negative about my experience was the fact that Paul spent a long time on the computer finalizing my order, and then he realized that one of the mattresses was out-of-stock. I will need to wait an additional week for delivery. That is really OK, because I can stay with a relative and I KNOW my purchases will be worth the wait!!

The man who was working was very helpful and was patient with us and was not pushy to try the ones that we didn’t seem interested in just for the price. He answered all of our questions and also gave us information we didn’t think to ask

My husband and I had a great experience at the Durham store working with Steve! He knows his product, he listens to you and assesses your needs, putting you on just the right mattress. We were dreading having to do this but Steve put some fun into it by demonstrating the adjustable base! Cannot wait to sleep on our new mattress.❤️

We were going to just “shop” today - we had 3 places we were going to check for a new mattress. We purchased today 100% because of Steve. The man Knows the product. And what a Great sale they are having for Presidents’ Day. Saved a ton of money - stayed in our budget - heard some Awesome stories. Also met Natasha - Fantastic customer service ! Great product being delivered tomorrow ! We will be back and for sure will let everyone know. Thank You Steve!!
